multi-functional🎸lot

A record store and music shop, a café, a recording studio, a tattoo studio, a flower shop, a club/bar/strip club/poetry night, and even a food fair — all on one lot! 🎵

This lot turned out to be incredibly functional, but the main focus is, of course, music and everything connected to it. Your Sims can not only buy instruments or vinyl records, but also record their own music, grab a coffee, get a tattoo, meet up with friends, or spend the evening enjoying live performances.

And just imagine how many different careers you can roleplay here if you use your imagination!
