This lot is that familiar neighborhood corner with a local grocery store, a cozy café run by one of the locals, and a park—though calling it a park might be a bit of a stretch; it's more like a small community playground. Either way, this lot will beautifully brighten up your neighborhood and provide plenty of opportunities to spend your Sims' free time. Feel free to change the lot type to whatever suits your gameplay. If you decide to turn it into a retail store, don't forget to purchase the shop with one of your neighboring Sims and put the products up for sale. That way, your Sims will be able to shop for groceries right on their own street. Although this build is located in the Courtyard Lane neighborhood of Willow Creek, it will fit perfectly in almost any residential world, including Newcrest, Copperdale, Brindleton Bay, and San Sequoia.

Drive-In🎞️

Don't even try to make your Sims sit down and watch a movie — it probably won't work. 😂 At best, they'll end up standing right in front of the screen watching it on their feet. Just enjoy the atmosphere! And don't worry — one of the NPCs will definitely turn the TV on anyway. 🤭

Just let the movie play in the background while your Sims spend time together: cuddle, stargaze, or enjoy a cozy get-together with friends. It's all up to you! 🤍

My legacy started on Sulani with Naomi, who met Ernest there. Things moved pretty quickly between them, Naomi got pregnant, and not long after they had a cozy island wedding on Sulani, where Naomi was born and raised. Their daughter, Nalu, was born on the island and was named after the ocean waves. 🌊

When Nalu became a toddler, the family moved to a bigger house in Willow Creek to start a new chapter.

Nalu is now an adult and has two wonderful children. Adam is the heir. He was born after a brief relationship with a man who wasn't a very good person. At the time, Nalu was focused on building her career as a doctor and wasn't thinking about starting a family. Polly is her daughter with Lucas, Nalu's childhood sweetheart. They've had a long journey together before finally finding their way back to each other.

My legacy is mostly about realistic family life. Not everything always goes according to plan, and my Sims go through both happy and difficult moments, but together they always find a way to keep going. Every new generation grows into their own unique personality. ✨

It's actually really hard to summarize the whole story because this legacy has been going for over a year, and so much has happened. 🥹 I only started sharing it on Tumblr through screenshots when Nalu became pregnant with Adam, so a big part of the story happened long before my Tumblr posts.

old american🩴pool🥤

I saw this photo and immediately wanted to build an old, colorful pool like this, where there's something for everyone to do (as always).

It looks abandoned in some places, but that was the idea from the start — it's a public pool for low-income families. It hasn't been renovated in a very long time, and honestly, it doesn't seem like anyone is planning to fix it anytime soon. You might even come across some mold here and there... and, to be honest, nobody really cares.

Anyway, good luck to your Sims — I hope they don't catch anything. 🤞

P.S. For an even better effect, you can recolor the water to a swampy green... then your Sims will be swimming not only with floaties and pool loungers, but also with unknown life forms. 🦠

Vacation in Gibbi Point 🦋 — nothing but good memories!

It was so fun seeing everyone's first kayaking experience match their personalities perfectly: Polly was fearless. Adam was terrified. Lucas was confident as ever. 🛁 Nalu wasn't impressed at all — she'd much rather be soaking in a nice warm bath.

We planted pumpkins for Halloween. 🎃 Then we baked a pumpkin pie 🥧 and enjoyed a cozy family movie night with popcorn. 🍿
