: Artist Statement for Project 5 :
Our site specific installation is a collaboration of responses in regards to the isolated corner of the basement stairwell. As a group, we were interested in the relationship of materials and space, as well as the interconnection/crossover of each of our own personal aesthetics as a reaction to one another. Individually and as a whole these works are deeply rooted in development processes and the guidance of medium. In the end, through thoughtful consideration and partnership we were able to create a form of communication that utilizes the support of light, space, and form.
