Help me being able to draw again

So, recently, my old computer has started to crash Photoshop and run it in a very laggy way. I pratically can’t draw, since everytime i make a single line, it gets all slow and full of lag, and it’s getting worse everyday. Currently, i’m using my college’s computers to draw and finish commissions. 

I’m starting to gather money to buy a new pc  mine is like 7 years old but since taking commissions is very hard for me atm, i need help raising as much as i can. 

Last point is that i’m going to submit my portfolio to some colleges outside of my country soon, and i need to make some new concept pieces, so this actually decides if i’m going to pursue a better graduation or not.
