BadWolfCostumes is a company, run by Alex and Kate Beard, that sells professional Fantasy and Sci-Fi costumes. They sell a good variety of handmade costumes for a moderate, but fair, price range. Their victorian/renaissance inspired costumes have a excellent quality and authentic look, while their more resent fantasy designs, such as their Skyrim mage robe, have a very polished simplified, almost toonish style to them, that I think is really cool.
They also sell many costume sewing patterns, which would be a great way to save money if you’re interested in getting more than 1 outfit, say if you wanted cloaks for everyone in your D&D group, or maybe you just want to add your own personal touch to your costume.

Are you hopelessly cluttered as much as I am? These adorable little dragon dice holder figurines, aside from the necklace, might help you keep track of that pesky D20 from rolling out of sight in style.
These little guys are hand-sculpted by an artist and dragon enthusiast who goes by the name Lindy and also known by the username HowManyDragons on DeviantArt as well as other social media, as it is her business. Dire Porcupine

Fitting neatly in between the familiar-sized porcupine and its giant cousin from the Bestiary 3, the dire porcupine comparable to a mid-size dog (making it a large rodent) and has a back and tail full of quills that can embed themselves into an opponent’s flesh. The pain and distraction hinders their ability concentrate as the quill digs in deeper and deeper, causing more damage. While they’re herbivorous and largely unaggressive, adventuring parties have a knack for upsetting all sorts of creatures, and the first time they get thrashed with a porcupine tail, they may come to regret their aggressive ways.
Although badgers are popular with dwarven rangers, as much because of their surly disposition as despite it, many dwarves prefer the more sedate and less obstinate dire porcupine as a companion. Familiarity means the porcupines usually won’t bristle at the approach of their owners. Kobolds often find them equally charming, frequently trying to steal and raise young dire porcupines as their own, while the orcs who often war with dwarves loathe the prickly creatures and slaughter them given the opportunity.
Unlike the smaller, terrestrial porcupines on the plains, the large porcupines in eastern Pacira can climb trees, building nests to shelter them from twigs and leaves. The bristly rodents even have prehensile tails, letting them cling to trees, and they often wrap around branches in a ball of quills to protect themselves from the cougars that share their habitat.
Looking to penetrate the estate of Baron Haralt, eager to collect the evidence of his crimes, a group of would-be vigilantes and revolutionaries are confronted by his prized pets. Instead of hounds, the baron favors dog-sized dire porcupines, letting them roam the gardens inside his walls at night. The large, quill-covered rodents are quite surly and have injured his groundskeepers many times. And they like the groundskeepers…

The details of how the porcupines’ different quill abilities work differ. The Tome of Horrors version is probably more disruptive to attackers because of the need to remove the quill but it does have to hit you. The Bestiary 3 varieties punish an opponent for attacking and might be more in line with what you’re looking for.

Dire Rat Megaswarm

While dire rats aren’t a surprise to many gamers, tonight I’m dealing specifically with the dire rat megaswarm. There’s something visceral about a swarm, an intensity about a seething, teeming mass of rats the size of dogs spilling over each other to assault your character that a lonely dire rat or –two just doesn’t command. Dire rat megaswarms are a pretty utilitarian way to create that kind of imagery for players without the logistical difficulty of actually handling a couple dozen dire rats individually, packing a hundred dire rats into a 10 foot by 10 foot space. Unlike regular swarms, weapons work, although piercing weapons are less effective than normal, and this actually makes dire rat megaswarms easier to handle in combat for the players without really losing the emotional impact of that many rats swarming through a room.
Around the moors of northern Oblus, locals know to tread lightly as the nights grow longer and winter approaches. The swamp rats – known as dire rats to southerners – gather in great hordes, desperate to find food, and even swarm over the owlbears that lurk there to consume them down to the bone. If they can’t find enough food, the rats often turn on each other, and their gathering drives bird migration in northern Oblus. Legends speak of a small pirate ship that put in to hide a treasure, their ghost still digging the same spot they were when the rats came for them.
Dire rats abound in the Lost Quarter of Hjalli, that part of the city left in ruins after an earthquake and the epidemic it spawned in its wake. While larger predators make their home in the walled-off Lost Quarter, not least coyotes, it is the rats that command popular attention and terror when they boil up in great swarms. For just that reason, Hjalli’s ratfolk take more than their share of time on the walls. The typically clever and inventive ratfolk alchemists are always especially welcome for the power of their bombs and their skill at combating the plagues the dire rats bring with alchemical extracts.
Great swarms of dire rats are known to answer the call of several planar powers. Among their ranks, possibly the most unusual are the axiomatic dire rat swarms that move with clockwork precision as they lair in – and clean – the sewers of the First and Last City, home of the axiomite demigod Tersark, patron of the Necessary Duty, those tasks that comprise the mathematical inevitabilities of societal infrastructure. The plague bearers of Zagqoudach, an Abyssal power of pestilence and mutation, throng with bizarre ailments that introduce crippling pain and contagious warping of the flesh in more advanced cases. The rats themselves often have additional limbs, a second tail, or even horns in no seeming rhyme or reason. Finally, certain kobold druidic sects have been known to dredge up giant cave rats from the endless corridors of the underworld, their pale flesh and gleaming red eyes symbols of terror to lone dwarven minors.

Of course larger items like the pants, dusters, and bodices are going to be a little bit of an investment, they are still very fairly priced when it comes to the quality leather.
