Just tuned to a conversation between an elderly lady and receptionist at a hospital.

Old lady asked if she could get scheduled for a visit to the doctors but the receptionist replied that she needs to get a permission slip from her doctor to make an appointment here so the old lady said “if anything happens put me in the list” and the receptionist just told her all the available times in the near future and she made an appointment there and then.
