This is mostly a global protest. Valko I believe is not more popular in China than he is in Global. Rafayel's new video proves that by how many dislikes he has. 4.2k dislikes vs 3.7k likes. That's the majority. Rafayel is more popular in China. New downloads? Probably Chinese. Who cares Global wants Valko. If this myth underperforms globally, what message do you think that is gonna send that culture export is gonna fail. Still not trending even in the top grossing for Google as well. What do you think that it sends. Even if they get new people to play it's going to take a while to do that. As well keeping people who won't also just quit in the next following month.
They are number 5 in China on the Apple store. But still I can't see Love and Deepspace in the top grossing in Google. Even if this myth is a success which I know it's not. They are still missing half their funds. Antis won't be able to keep this up long term cause they don't have a single bit of generosity in their heart to spend on a love interest that they do not care about because at the end of the day they don't care about them that's going to outweigh anything. Right now they're just doing it out of spite later on they're just not going to do it at all because they're just going to be bored just be like you know what f this.

This boycott was started by the global community because Infold didn't listen to us. Please just pay attention to sales in your region. I do not trust some of the CN girls, that doesn't mean I hate them. But it is very easy for a CN anti to slip in, masquerading as a pro Valko person then take over our movement. This is our movement. We are doing this for the missing anecdotes, the bounty hunts, bond stories, missing cards for Sylus and Caleb, abyssal chaos, unicorn missions. We all want more and feel that Valko was used as a scapegoat to distract from what the core issues of the game are. Valko's cancelation was unjust. He did not deserve to be cancelled. And the first step this company needs to take is to bring back Valko.
I wish I could be happier about it but I just have bittersweet feelings towards this, knowing I gave money to a company that’s not listening to its players.
These are the three sacred rules we've set for the boycott since it began on June 30th. I already posted a minor analysis of the current situation, as well as a warning regarding Rafayel's new myth, but I'm going to take the time to post this seperately.

I've seen an uptick in people who seem to want to cave and get Rafayel's new solar pair. I get it. Something new and shiny for your main is being released, and you want it. I won't lie and say that I don't feel an itch either, but I know that's my own gambling addiction for the game clawing at me. There's the element of FOMO to consider, which isn't entirely unfounded, given LADS's shitty way of rerunning banners without also rerunning the event. But you need to stomp that feeling out.

You might think it's harmless to spend "just a little". You might think it's harmless to pull with saved wishes. You might think it's harmless to log in. It isn't. Every time you log in, even just once for the day, it marks you down for daily active users. Every time you pull, it boosts the banners participation metrics. Every time you spend, it counts toward their revenue. That is exactly what they're counting on.

They want us to move our goal posts, bend our rules, cave and justify doing "just this". But it's never just something small. I know it quite well, having been addicted to the game, and knowing I struggled to stop pulling once I'd start, it snowballs. "Just a few more wishes until hard pity", "I only got one of the pair", "I need to get them both to the same rank for the bonuses", it's a trap. It's what they're depending on.

And you know how I know it's really a trap this time around? Because they're doing something they've never done before.
They are trying to tempt players to pull excessively and receive level 20 protocores for his pair. No guarantee that they'll have set stats that are good, just that they'll be level 20 and his stellarectum. This is what you're worth to them.

Delete the game if you have to, if that's the only thing that keeps you from opening it. I have, and before anyone talks to me about the money they put in for passes, I'm aware. I have the yearly pass and aurum pass active. And I probably wouldn't have had to buy more aurum until new years. That's how invested I was in the game, and I've still given it up because I know this is bigger than my own willful ignorance. I don't care if that's harsh, that's what logging in, pulling, and spending is while telling yourself it "doesn't affect you" or that it's harmless because it's "only a little" or "only with saved wishes". Willful ignorance.

Vermilion Martial God will rerun. LSG reran in less than a year, so VMG likely will too. You will get VMG again eventually. But you know whay we won't get if we fall apart now? Valko. We won't get him, his content, his companions. Anything. We also won't get ourselves taken seriously as consumers. Infold and PPG are companies that are trying to expand globally, without managing the responsibility that comes with that. They want our money while treating us like we aren't supporting them too. They need to understand that if they want to expand globally, they need to act like it and treat all their markets equally. Whether that's by taking all pur concerns seriously, or ignoring all of us mihoyo style, they need to treat us equally.

They need to learn actions have consequences. They either bring Valko back to put the game in End Of Service. Those are the only two options we need to allow them, otherwise they will not learn. The moment you cave and start spending again, you directly assist in giving them an out. If you give them an out, say goodbye to the chance you could've had at fixing the many existing issues in the game: the poor gem farming, lighting issues, KoD balancing, increasing push in paid content, lack of poc player accommodation, everything.

You may tell yourself "I'm just one person, I'm not doing any harm", and that is what you fundamentally misunderstand. Because you are not just one person. There are hundreds, maybe thousands of people who think exactly like you. Thousand of people who think they aren't hurting the boycott by themselves, but you are never by yourself in something that requires group effort to work. Thousand of people together can do plenty of harm. We cannot break. Hold yourself responsible. Hold yourself to a standard. Keep moving forward. That's the only way we can achieve what we want to. We have gained so much reach that we never thought we would, that no one ever has. We have a become a blueprint. We can't fall apart now with the gaming world watching us. We can't let bullies set the precedent. Follow the three sacred rules:

Your day off was ruined. You had planned to hang out with your boyfriend once he could leave work, but the night before, you had started to feel that dreaded, dull ache. It had started at the back of your neck and traveled up to the base of your skull.
A good night's sleep hadn't helped. In fact, the headache had only gotten worse, and it was there the moment you got up. The pain had traveled to your forehead, accompanied by an intense pressure in your eyes. After eating a healthy breakfast and drinking plenty of water, you took medicine to try to banish the pain. Unfortunately, it wasn't helping. It just worsened more and more, your forehead now pounding and eyes throbbing with an overwhelming feeling of dizziness.
With your head swimming, you didn't feel confident that you'd be able to take even two steps without falling over, so you remained in bed. There you were, huddled under the blankets, wracked with chills, wasting the day away.
Throb, throb, throb. The pounding would not stop. It hurt so bad, tears were now gathering at the corners of your eyes. A soft whimper escaped your throat, and you pressed your arm to your eyes.
Make it stop...
Ding. Your eyes squinted at your phone on the nightstand. You really didn't want to check it, but you slid your hand over to grab it anyway. The notification on the screen showed it was Valko, your boyfriend, texting you to let you know he was able to leave work and was coming over. Something about wanting to see what you were up to. You thought about telling him not to, since you didn't really want him to see you like this, but you couldn't bring yourself to care enough to reply. You just set the phone down and covered your eyes again to try to fight this terrible dizziness.
At one point, you thought you heard the front door open and close, but you were too disoriented; your ears even felt stuffed up, so you couldn't be certain that you even heard anything. However, not long after, you heard a soft knock on the bedroom door.
"There you are." A soft, baritone voice drifted from the doorway towards you; one you knew very well. You peeked out from under your arm and saw Valko at the foot of your bed.
"I was worried when you didn't respond to my text." He held up his phone. Golden eyes full of concern watched you closely.
"You have a migraine, don't you?" He guessed before you could even work up the effort to speak.
"How could you tell?"
"I could smell it as soon as I came in."
You lifted your arm away from your face to fully look at him. "It can work like that?"
"Hey, you know how strong my sense of smell is." With a smile, he slipped off his suit jacket, rolled up his sleeves and came closer to sit down beside you. His large hand stroked your hair.
"Where does it hurt?"
"Everywhere," you groaned. You didn't have the energy to pinpoint where exactly the pain started, but after a minute, you did say, "My neck."
"Can you sit up?"
"Mhm." You felt sluggish, but you forced yourself up onto your elbows. Valko was quick to help you adjust into a more comfortable sitting position and settled in behind you, massaging your neck.
"Maybe a heating pad would help. Do you want me to get one?" He asked.
"Sure."
"Okay. I'll be right back." He kissed your cheek and got back up to go find a heating back for your neck.
Valko had hardly left the room when things took a turn for the worse. The healthy breakfast that was supposed to help your head was coming back to betray you. You felt it churning in your stomach and the intensifying ache in your head exacerbated it. Pressing a hand to your mouth, you stumbled out of the bed and into your nearby bathroom.
It was coming up fast. You could feel your throat contracting as you pushed up the toilet lid. Thank heavens for Valko's sharp ears and quick reflexes because he was right behind you, kneeling on the floor with you a mere couple of seconds after you bent over the toilet bowl. He scooped your hair away from your face with one hand and rubbed your back with the other.
Once it passed, you felt extremely weak. Panting for air with tears running down your cheeks, you felt yourself falling backwards to meet with the sturdy chest of your boyfriend.
"My poor Luna," he whispered. He gently wiped your mouth with a paper towel, brushed away your tears, and flushed the toilet. His arms wrapped around you gently and pulled you into his lap.
"I'm sorry," you whispered, shame coming over you from the fact that your boyfriend of only a couple of months had to see you like this. Not to mention with his wolfish sense of smell, it must have been disgusting to him.
"What are you talking about? You have nothing to be sorry about. It's not like you wanted to be this sick. I just wish I could do more to help you."
Glancing up at him, you saw that his handsome face was clouded with worry; his sharp eyebrows were drawn together, and a sad pout was on his lips. What was even cuter, his wolf ears were now out and lying sideways against his rose-pink hair. Such a sweet sight made you smile faintly.
"Could you carry me to the bed? That would really help me."
He quickly nodded and lifted you up with ease, cradling you in his arms like a parent would with their child. Before going back to the bedroom, he stopped at the sink.
"Here. Brush your teeth to get the taste out of your mouth." He balanced you on one arm and handed your toothbrush and toothpaste to you with his free hand. When you were ready to rinse, he gave you a cup of water. Then, nuzzling the top of your head with his cheek, he took you back to the bed.
He joined you under the covers. Your cheek against his chest and his hand rubbing your back. You suddenly felt the tips of his fluffy tail brush against your face, causing you to smile.
"Oh. The heating pad. Do you still want me to get it for you?"
Your fingers clutched the back of his shirt instinctively. Now that you were snuggled comfortably in his arms, you were reluctant to let him go. His presence brought a sense of security and relief you were missing.
"No, don't go," you murmured, eyes sliding shut. "You're warm..."
He smiled at that and kissed your quivering eyelids. You then felt another soft kiss on your nose and felt a low rumbling from his chest. It was soothing, almost like a purr. You figured it came with the wolf traits he possessed.
"Sleep, Luna. I'll be here when you wake up. Then we'll figure out what to do if you still have that migraine."
His words barely registered as sleep took over. Yet, even as you drifted off, you were filled with an overwhelming feeling of gratitude and affection towards Valko and his lovingkindness.
Before you were finally out, you mumbled something to him. Your words made his smile widen and he pulled you closer.
If we're going to quit a game we spent days, emotion, energy, regulation, and even real-life money on…

Starting fires in the r/gotchagaming subreddit and taking off, this fandom spoke up about the cancellation and brought it to light as a historical event which could easily be the downfall of a whole corporation simply due to fan pressure. BNNO$ joined the movement by literally cosplaying Valko himself, bringing an entirely different audience into the conversation along with the popular MC coser, Stella Chu. Both using their voices to bring awareness to the unjust deletion of Valko. [source]
.. And even CaseOh, of all people, was pulled into the fold. He flat-out called Infold's decision to delete Valko "messed up," defended the character against the people attacking his design, and encouraged Infold to release him. [source]

Meanwhile we pulled off the seemingly impossible.
We have within ONE MONTH:
Funded wolf conservations.
Reached communities across the world.
Put Valko's name on international billboards.
Driven hundreds of thousands of people to sign a petition.
Reached creators outside our own fandom.
Redirected money away from the game and toward real-world causes.
Cost them over a quarter of a million in revenue in less than a month.
Turned one character's cancellation into a conversation about how players are treated.
So please don't lose hope just because the final result hasn't happened yet.
We went into this knowing there was always a chance Valko wouldn't return..
So where is the harm in starving the company that refused to listen when we asked for QOL updates, better lighting for our POC players, more accommodating ways to earn diamonds, better shots of MC and our mains, new additions to any of our operations from U.N.I.C.O.R.N.S to our orbits. No, they removed our last love interest because an untrue rumor.
So, if Infold chooses to take this fight to the grave…
