He eyed her carefully she would be a perfect ally and source of information as so many people had been there. “Well my dear you can call me Killian though things might be easier to know where your allegiances lie are you a spy for the queen or Rumplestiltskin?” He looked at her intently normally able to read people rather well. Hook waited to hear what she had to say on who she was loyal to. When she mentioned rum he smirked. “Now how would you know that is my favorite Ruby?” He smirked watching her walk around to get things. “You seem like a person that knows things. I’ll make you a deal I’ll tell you quite a bit about me if you show me around a bit and point me in the direction of a place to stay for the night?” He had no intention of walking back to the ship tonight.Â
Ruby frowned at the names he offered. “The queen put us here and tried to kill my best friend, Snow, so I really don’t care for her. As for Rumpelstiltskin…He’s not my favorite person but he seems to be changing lately thanks to a friend of mine. He’s very powerful though, what he can do is pretty cool but I wouldn’t try to go against him,” she looked at him curiously, “are you planning something, Killian?” She pointed to the drink she’d gotten him after his question about rum. “I get people drinks every day, it’s my job to be able to see what someone likes. Everyone in town comes here.”
“A deal? Well I only stay away from deals that involve magic so I can help you.” She pointed in the direction of the Inn and smiled. “Granny has an Inn as well as the diner, and there’s plenty of rooms seeing as people don’t visit very often. So, tell me about yourself.” She sat down on the seat across from him and leaned on the table, listening attentively.Â
Killian nodded as he looked at her. "Alright fair enough keep my arrival quiet and we are good. The Dark One and I have history and all I want to do is find my crew and return home. He almost killed me the last time we me, and he left me with this." He pulled up his left arm revealing his hook. "I'm not after vengeance as I said Ruby though if he was mortal and had to be a man then well the coward has  to hide behind magic." He grinned and took a sip of his drink and it was really good. "When you asked if I was trapped here I wasn't I was trapped in another world and found myself here today." He looked at her with a small smile before taking a bite of the delicious smelling food. "So now you know the most about me of anyone in this world Ruby." He winked at her before taking a bite of his food.Â

Killian grinned when the woman came over and started to talk to him as most of the place had cleared out quickly leaving their money to pay for the food. It was so odd to see some sort of paper money. He looked up giving her a slight grin and a wink before taking off his hat. “Well to be fair you aren’t from here yourself I’m sure, and yes in a way I was trapped by the queen.” He sat back in the chair and took the blanket off letting it drape the back of the chair. “Lets just say for now I’m where I’d like to be. A nice place to eat and the full attention of a beautiful young woman.” Hook winked at her a little. He would not be foolish enough to say too much about himself. He had no idea whose loyalties were with the former queen who trained with the dark one. “However I hate to eat alone tell me what you recommend get yourself something and something to drink.” He reached in his pocket and handed her a silver coin. “I’m sure this is worth more than that paper the others left.”Â
She laughed. “No, no I’m not. None of us are, but I have been here for 28 years, so I was just asking. But I get it, you don’t know me yet. What can I call you?” She blushed when he winked at her and her eyes widened at his silver coin. “Wow, you really haven’t been out much, but yeah that should do it.” She took the coin in her hand and put it in her rolled-up apron before reaching for the menu. She always suggested newcomers have the burger. “They don’t really need me anymore with that act of yours, so I’ll sit with you. You look like a rum kind of guy, sit tight I’ll be right back.” She smiled again and went off to the kitchen to get two burgers and came back with a couple rum and cokes too, placing it all on the table.

Killian had just arrived. He took the ingredients he needed to make a portal to this town and at night he tricked the princesses and more importantly Cora. He had stole a small amount of the magical dust and some of Snow Whites hair and a little of Emma’s blood. After that it was wait for the full moon. When he was supposed to leave to meet Cora. He double backed and left to meet what was left of his crew. He waited until just the right moment and got on his ship and threw the ingredients in the water activating the portal to the other world.Â
Hook’s ship was pulled down into a large whirlpool. when they surfaced they were against an old dock on the other side of some woods. Killian walked over and climbed up to the crows nest and spotted a town. A smile of victory crossed his lips as he knew that finally he was just one step closer to his revenge. The crocodile and the weapon to kill him were in this world and if what Snow White said the people trapped by the curse were still stuck in this town. Killian watched as long as he could as his crew were preparing that in shifts they would be scouring the woods looking for the weapon. The crocodile was too smart to hide it in a place he owned. He was far too much the coward.Â
When night fell he climbed down and wrapped himself in a blanket and put on a hat before walking through the woods to the edge of town. He walked keeping his head down when he passed people when he realized that he was hungry. He followed his nose to some food to a place called Granny’s diner. he looked in and it was far too crowded for his liking. He got a idea he wrapped the blanket around himself  and walked into the diner and made fake coughing sounds and grunting noises. That caused quite a few of the people to quickly leave. He went and sat at a table waiting for someone to bring him something to drink or food at the very least.
It was an unusually busy night at Granny’s, but then full moons always brought strange things. Ruby was speed walking to and from the kitchen so much that she almost regretted the heels she picked for work that night. She was just about to get swamped by another few tables when she heard the door open again, so she looked up, hoping it wasn’t a big group like the dwarfs.Â
Instead, she saw one man, wrapped in a blanket and coughing. She braced herself because he looked contagious, but then most of the diner cleared out and she was suddenly she was pretty grateful to the stranger. But then, strangers didn’t happen in Storybrooke.Â
Ruby couldn’t help her curiosity, she turned back to the counter and picked up a menu before walking over to the man’s table. He was good looking, and she was glad for her heels now. She smiled and placed the menu in front of him before leaning on the side of the booth. “Hey, I’m Ruby. I haven’t seen you around here before, were you trapped by Regina?”

Killian was getting a bit impatient, but quite hungry, and was unsure how things worked in this world.

Killian had finally made it to the world that he needed to find the crocodile. His ship came up to the north east of Storybrooke just on the other side of the woods at an old dock. Killian walked through the woods and got near the town and used his spyglass to find out who was with who. He saw Prince James and the boy he knew must be Henry from what he heard from Snow and the other. After a couple days of watching and spotting the Crocodile with a woman he needed more information. Hook changed and stole some clothes someone was hanging outside. He found one of the dwarves walking home. He seemed a little out of it as he talked on a bit more. After questioning the man he seemed to be in the dark about who everyone was. Though the man still provided him some valuable information. The description of a man named Mr. Gold seemed to have the town scared except a girl who just seemed to appear out of nowhere, and the disgraced mayor the town rose up against.Â
Killian threatened the dwarf to silence before using the information and walked to the queen's house. Things would be different, and he had exactly one month before Snow and the others likely would arrive with Cora and his opportunity of revenge would be taken from him. Killian stayed as out of sight as possible before he found Regina's home and knocked on the door waiting hoping she would answer quickly before any of the crocodile's spies spotted him.Â
How to kill a crocodile?

"Hey kid can you help me...I hear you are important here." he grinned in a friendly way.Â
Shore Leave...
Aurora changed into some clothes she found in the chest. They were very pirate-like and much different from anything she was used to wearing. She left her other clothes on a chair and made her way back to the deck where she found Killian with his spyglass. “Is it going to be a bad one, Captain?” she said by his ear. She had wanted to see if she could spook him.
Killian was far too focused on the storm when he heard Aurora speak so closely it had almost caused him to jump. He however chose not to react. “Do you know some might think its unwise to sneak up on a man with a hook for a hand?” he smirked before looking at her. What he saw was something he did not expect. She was rather striking when not in an overly done up dress. “You look more comfortable…as for the storm hard to tell until we get closer.”
Aurora laughed a bit. “Then call me unwise,” she challenged, smirking. “These clothes are rather comfortable, though much different from what I’m used to.” She patted non-existent fuzz from her leggings. “Well, what do the Captain’s instincts tell him?”
Killian looked at her smirking at the way she was talking to him. “Yes well they look better on you than in a trunk.” He bit his lip before looking through the spyglass. “Its hard to tell though should be fine. You had better be careful princess once the storm hits I don’t recommend you leaving my cabin. It would be a shame if your hair got wet.” He smirked teasing the princess again.
She blushed a bit at the compliment and laughed at his teasing. “You think I can’t handle a little water?” She raised an eyebrow, smirking.
"Well yes actually Aurora you are a princess and the ones that I have heard of are rather afraid of dirt and water that their hair might get messed up." A cheeky grin came across his face. "Storms on a ship are not what you are used to princess." He yelled for one of his men. "Get the civilans bring them rope tie down their possessions and get them ready." the man nodded and said 'Yes captain' Killian looked back at Aurora. "If you don't want to go to my cabin and wait at least stay close to me so I can keep an eye on you so you don't hurt yourself."

Snow watched as one of the men's heads rolled to a stop near her feet, just an inch way from touching her boot. She had had just enough time to shove Emma away from a flying sword. The next moment Killian had been freed and with the sword in his hand, had saved their lives. He could have easily finished at least one of them off but he chose not to. Snow wasn't sure what to make of the situation but it still hadn't gained Hook any points in his corner. As they settled around the fire once again, Mulan and Snow coming to a mutual agreement to leave Hook untied for the time being, Aurora still slept peacefully. "Being without magic..it-it wasn't as horrible as it sounds, at least not at first. We had no memory of here, of home. Everything had been wiped clean with not even an inkling of who we were remaining. I didn't even get to work through the fact that the curse was finally broken before Emma and I ended up here." The sadness on Snow's face as she talked of home was clear. A piece of her had been left behind in Storybrooke, two pieces really. "Is there something specific you need to know Captain?"
Killian was glad that they hadn't retied him up and decided to voice that. "Thank you for not retying me up. It's easier for me to sleep that way." He relaxed as he listened to her talk about her home, but that left an unnerving feeling inside of him. Â If there is no magic in your new world how did you end up back here in the enchanted forest?" That is what was bugging him so much. "So I take it Charming is there. For a royal I liked him. Met him once briefly I was the distraction Take out one of King George's ships take what I wanted and made his fleet come after me which was always fun." Killian laughed remembering the good times. "Well all I really need to know is that magic is not in your world. Magic has its uses, but well I will have some fun in your world. Don't worry I'm also looking for a couple members of my crew that were taken." Killian shrugged knowing that they probably wouldn't help if he said he wanted to kill the crocodile.

Snow stepped a few paces back from Killian and resumed her place by the fire. She wasn't even sure whether the voices in the forest belonged to a human let alone anything she should be frightened of. Snow trusted Emma's intuition and if Emma felt this Captain Hook was someone who shouldn't be trusted, Snow would take her daughter's side. Whose to say this wasn't all a trap planned by not only Killian but Cora as well? After grabbing an apple from a bucket next to her seat among a log, Snow strained her ears to hear the voices moving closer to their campsite. Her sword didn't leave her hand as she took her first bite into the apple. Between Killian's ramblings and the crackle of fire, she could barely make out what the voices were saying. "You know it would really help things if you let me handle this my way. I spent night after night hiding from an evil that was determined to find me, fighting for my life on many occasions in this very forest. The fact that I'm a princess which you seemed oh so stuck on doesn't mean I'm not capable of defending myself and the people I love."
Killian nodded as he listened sitting back. Whoever was out there was getting close. He herd two distinctive voices, and at least one shushing them. Killian heard a snap of a branch near him. He looked around as best he could. There was a small glint of metal which made Killian get low as there was a thud and a sword was now in the tree where his neck had just been. He leaned back as the guy came around and Killian kicked up and connected with the bandits midsection. He heard some clanging behind him as the others fought. He sat up and used the stuck sword to his advantage. He cut the bindings on his hands and pulled the sword just in time to gut a bandit. after that he cut free his feet and got up taking down two more. When it was over he saw the look he was getting as he had the sword and standing near the one still sleeping. He tossed the sword over to snow’s feet. “Relax I may be a pirate, but I don’t kill women unless they come after me first." Killian sat down and glanced at Snow. "I had heard you were a good fighter when you were on the run I see the rumors are true. A dangerous combination the two of you. You can fight and the other can detect lies." He smirked before laying down. "So tell me about this world that we are headed without magic?" He smirked at the idea thinking of the crocodile as the same coward he once met.
