I can't comprehend the writers of KE not ending things with V and E together. The books end that way and idk I feel like that would be a huge F U to Luke Jennings. They already changed so much, not to mention how different Book Villanelle and Show Villanelle are to each other. I just cannot imagine the writers being like ok, let's end this show with the 2 of them going off on their own merry way...

i’m curious, what end do you want for villanelle and eve? happy, tragic, bittersweet? it could be what you expect to happen or what you want to happen. if you want to, please go in depth. i’m honestly just interested in what people think.

Ngl I really want an ending the same as the books. In the ending of Luke Jennings ‘die for me’ they run away together and fake eves death. At the end of the book villanelle fakes her own death and comes back for eve. I’d love for this to be eves real realisation that she can’t be without her. That’s when she comes back and get back together. Then if they have a post credits scene like a year or so in the future and they end up happy. That’s my ideal ending
