850 calories today , i had a 8 hour shift at work so I burned off some of the calories i had but I should not have stuffed my face , lets see if i do better tomorrow , wish me luck

Hey , im back
I haven't posted in a very long time , but i have gone through a lot of shit, and I really need to numb myself from what I'm feeling. So hello again Tumblr :) hope to be here awhile
Day 2
I had 416 calories today , I actually feel not hungry , I just stuffed my self with vegetables ... I will proud of my self..
Day one after fucking up
Total cals :495 .. I think I did well . At least I didn't over eat Yesh I will try to aim for 400 tomorrow
fucked up once again
Everything seems out of control, my grades,my weight and my life. I feel ashamed that I have put on 2 pounds .. Before my thighs couldnāt touch and now they do , I feel soo stressed because of this.. Hopefully I will reach my goal weight of 100 , right now Iām 106 and 5,3 ā¦.. Letās just hope I wonāt fuck up like I always do. Iām going to post daily of how I am doing a long with thinspo posts
