As soon as Yoo Joonghyuk muttered his reluctant agreement, Kim Dokja tapped the glowing [Accept] button. The moment his finger made contact, the familiar sensation of the scenario system surged through them like static.

In the blink of an eye, their surroundings dissolved into soft pastels, warm lighting, and the gentle tinkling of wind chimes.

They had been transported.

[It is a very cozy establishment, shelves line the walls for the cats to climb and use as walkways. the cats all look happy and well cared for. A black cat rubs against Yoo Joonghyuk's leg.]

[The Constellation 'Cat That Enjoys Anonymity' manifests in the scenario and a familiar orange cat with shades and a gray hoodie appears before them.]

[It's a pretty nice place right? Bit further than the closest one but it's the best cat café I know!] [n^.-.^n]

[The feline constellation seems painfully aware that the criteria is only to visit the cat café so they give an incentive to spend time within the café instead of immediately walking out.]

[If one of you has already pet a particular cat the other cannot get the 100 coins off the same cat though!] [n^.-. ^<]

“…You really thought this through.”

He crouched down as one of the few cats that bothered to approach him padded over, tail flicking lazily. Letting it sniff his fingers first, he ran his hand gently along its back, earning a soft, brief purr before it wandered off again.

Then he glanced back—Yoo Joonghyuk hadn’t moved, surrounded by an ever-growing cluster of cats. They crowded at his feet, pawed at his coat, one even perched with terrifying confidence on his shoulder.

He just stood there as his normal face scrunched up into an unknown expression. Plucking the cat from his shoulder, he held it in his arms, surprisingly gently.

And then proceeded to sneeze.

[At the sneeze, many of the cats jolt slightly, Anonyan included. The tuxedo kittie held by Yoo Joonghyuk purrs quietly, his arms making a quite comfortable perch.]

[If Yoo Joonghyuk were to sit down, his lap would become a feline king of the hill competition.]

[Kim Dokja is given a 100 coins and so is Yoo Joonghyuk as although the latter didn't pet the cat exactly, Anonyan deems it close enough. Technically having a cat sit comfy in your arms is a harder feat simply petting one.]

He blinked and then sniffed a little, looking down at the cat in his arms, then at Dokja, his eyes seeming to say "Don't you dare think I'm weak for cats.".

Then, holding the cat with one arm, he grabbed the nearest seat and sat down.

The competition for Yoo Joonghyuk's lap. Has begun.

He paused, watching Yoo Joonghyuk with a look that bordered on confusion before quietly brushing it off.

Even if this was a competition, there was no need to rush. He didn't expect to win against the guy being swarmed by cats anyways. He could probably make himself comfortable here until the scenario ends. Without a word, Kim Dokja walked to the counter and ordered an iced americano.

While waiting, he turned back and crouched again, petting a few cats that had decided to stick by him instead.
