at my funeral there is going to be a closed casket and then it will be opened to reveal that i am not inside. instead, they will turn on the ceiling fan and my lifeless body will swing around the room while the space jam theme song is playing in the background.

I think I just saw two deaf people having an argument

One walked away, shaking his head, and the other looked sad because he couldn’t call after him.

Makes you realise how lucky we are to be able to hear and use spoken speech to communicate.

I hope they’re both ok.

I think I just saw two hearing people having an argument.

They were arguing loudly in public and it was impossible not to overhear everything they said. Then one of them plugged his ears and went "LALALALALA" and the other looked sad because he couldn't get a word in edgewise.

Makes you realise how lucky we are to be able to communicate in silence (as well as through windows, underwater, and across the expanse of a football field) without disturbing the peace.
