Spent the last 48 hours running deep hardware repairs, fixing symlinks, and ultimately having to completely wipe out my entire 78GB CAS and furniture CC folders because they were completely cooked.
BUT ON THE BRIGHT SIDE... my house blueprints for my Patreon are officially SAFE! The Tray folder survived the glitch completely untouched. I was about to be absolutely heated thinking my career was over, but the houses are secure in my library!
Wiping the slate clean, taking a well-deserved nap, and getting ready for a massive CC shopping haul later this week to replace everything so if you donโt hear from me for a bit thatโs why. Happy patch day to everyone except my hard drive! Lmao
our nostalgic trip down memory lane continues! we are officially staying in copperdale to give another iconic pleasantview household the glow-up they deserve. next up: the dreamer family home.
for this remake, i really wanted to focus on darrenโs chaotic creative energy. his life is a bit messy, so his space should be too! the absolute heart of this house is his paint-splattered, cluttered art studio upstairs. but to balance out the chaos, i made sure the main living areas feel cozy, open, and functional for everyday gameplay.
i also included a peaceful little corner in the backyard dedicated as a memorial for his late wife, darleen ๐น sims 2 lore fans, i hope this brings back all the nostalgia!

! This desk was originally a 1ร1 tile object. Its footprint has been expanded, and all slots have been adjusted and redistributed across the entire surface of the desk.
Little video of the renovation I did for the kids rooms in my Pack Legacy Challenge plus makeovers of the Gen 4 and 5 Sims. Madeline (striped shirt) is my Gen 4 heir and Piper (purple sweater) is in the running for Gen 5. Madeline and her wife Hunter always wanted a large family but Hunter is infertile and Madeline also had difficultly conceiving. Piper claws conceived through IVF, they had a miscarriage before Madeline became pregnant again with IVF with Elliot, and they recently adopted Willow.
Working on a brand new nostalgic remake build! ๐ ๏ธIโm keeping the location and the family a total surprise for now, but I couldn't resist sharing a tiny sneak peek of the teenager's bedroom.
I am absolutely obsessed with the minor clutter and the overall retro nostalgic vibe in here. ๐ฎ๐ฟ
