Kin is best explained as the belief of being reincarnated from something else before this life.

Kin can range anywhere from otherkin with past lives as cats or turtles to fictionkin who were once Spiderman or a Homestuck troll. 

The whole belief rides on the multiverse theory stating that every possibly universe exist, Thus what makes things such as fictionkin possible.

What do you think is the diffrence between angelkins and fallen angel kins?

both are technically angelkin, but fallen angels are angels that committed some sort of sin, and were banished from heaven due to that, to instead reside on Earth or in Hell and are considered in a similar class as demons
