Y/N woke up with no idea how much time has passed, tied to a familiar bed, gagged and with a strong stinging pain coming from their head.
The entire room was quiet, the only source of noise being a barely audible humming stemming from beyond the door. Though it didn't take long for the source of this sound to breach through, Love.
"You're awake!" She comments seemingly excited yet careful, only slowly stepping up next to Y/N and poking their forehead. "Does this hurt sweetheart? I mean more than before?"
Y/N in return screams into their makeshift gag, one of Love's shirts, much to her frustration. "Hey, hey, hey. Calm down. I know this is much to take in and we will talk about it in a minute, I promise" She silences them, rubbing her partners chin "But there's no point to it if I don't know whether or not you're fine. So just give me a nod or shake your head."
"See? Wasn't so hard." Love playfully, maybe even teasingly, remarks. "I'm gonna take this off, but if you even attempt to scream I have no fucking problem with silencing you permanently."
The brunette slowly ungags Y/N, the latter staying obediently quiet, fully aware that Love's threats are anything but empty. "So. I know you have a lot on your mind and I want to help getting you at ease. Don't forget however, you're gonna have to stay civil" she adds the last part with a sly grin, but dead serious.
"Are you gonna kill me n-" "No."
Not even one question in and already Love felt... more than bewildered let's say.
"Why?" "To protect you. To protect us. To make sure you'd stay."
"Love... please... just let me go... I promise I won't tell anyone anything."
Love audibly huffs. "Maybe once you're better adjusted, but we both know this will take a while." She rubs Y/Ns cheek, before getting up and gagging them once more.
"Try to think about us until I come back"
