level of being dramatically tired: jon snow
The "Can't believe I died for this" face
Jon Snow has to stop hoarding all the father figures, he has like fifteen and theyâre dying like flies
tfw youâre an older slightly wiser male character in a heroâs journey, and are thus liable to fall victim to the Mentor Occupational Hazard:
Kit Harington wearing the jacket given to him by extra Andy McClay
soft jon and ghost moments đĽşđđ
Ben: Someone suggested I stole Jon Snow's fur?!...
I really want Kit Harington to respond đ
the rest of the season is him learning how to walk, talk, sit, stand, eat, dress like a princess and getting his curls brushed out
For the watch.
ŠKali Ciesemier : Jon Snow and Ghost beyond the Wall
Personal piece inspired by Game of Thrones (written by George R. R. Martin)
[Kit] wakes up and his [hair] is terrific naturally. Heâs got like the perfect little pin curls. He looks amazing. Mine takes a while. I donât wake up looking like Kit Harington. - Sophie Turner.
âHe looks for violence. In a strange way, and I said this to [director Miguel Sapochnik] during âBattle of the Bastards,â I think that in a weird way this could be Jonâs natural home, on this battlefield, where he comes to life. For all of his good, heâs a violent man.â â Kit Harington about Jon Snow in 6.09 Battle of the Bastards
âGrenn came from a farm.â
I just came across that scene between Jon and Mance again and oh lord, how they did Jon dirty in S7 and S8.Â
Mance is going on about how âMag the Mightyâ was the âlast kingâ of an ancient dynasty of giants that went back to some prehistoric time âbefore the first menâÂ
How does Jon react? Awed? Impressed? Regretful that his brothers killed that famed, titled, dynasty-upholding monarch from an ancient bloodline?
âGrenn came from a farm.â Boom. Mic drop.Â
Jon championed the commoners, the regulars, the seemingly insignificant folk. Bragging about titles, bloodlines and dynastic power leaves him about as impressed as a fart.Â
Thatâs Martinâs Jon Snow.Â
Itâs pretty clear that âMag the Mightyâ is a parallel to Dany and her status as âlast queenâ of the ancient Targ dynasty that goes way back to the blood of old Valyria. The parallel also foreshadows that even the âmightyâ can be brought down by the seemingly âinsignificantâ, people you never expected to rise to the occasion.Â
Jon saw Grenn as just as important and âmightyâ as some giant king, and for his character to become all âimpressedâ and infatuated with the female equivalent of that giant king (of course âmuch prettierâ as Sansa would remind us) and becoming her puppet is adding insult to injury to Jonâs entire character arc.Â
We always say that S6 Jon would have slapped the crap out of S7/S8 Jon.Â
Honestly, S1, S2, S3, S4 and S5 Jon would be just as shocked and disappointed.Â
Where will you go? Where will we go.
Where will you go? Where will we go.
