was thinking about the possible differences between ‘kinito as a pre-existing character’ and ‘kinitopet your desktop assistant’ ! also i had a post typed up on how kinito only directly calls the sam ‘pal’ and directly calls jade ‘friend’ and never the inverse, but when referring to both of them will call them either term interchangeably, and hi as an aplatonic person sometimes these things mean different things to people, and just otherwise looking at kinito from an aplatonic perspective, his relationships/lackthereof with sam and jade and how they only exist to him through the web world site, and by comparison his Horribly misguided attempts and determination to be Your best friend and how he doesn’t Actually seem to know how to do that. he seems to see Your friends as a threat but his friends are never factor of getting in the way. etc. but that post didn’t save and I didn’t get around to retyping it .
