Being pro- is supporting it. It is not the same as neutral nor not caring. Disorders that affect empathy and morality do not impair one's cognitive ability to understand whether something should be supported or not. Not caring about noncon because you cannot feel emotionally connected to it will never be the same as comprehending in theory how that's harmful and should NOT have activism towards supporting it.
