hey so i really need help

my name is lucian and if you've seen me around it might be from previous requests for donations - i was hospitalized for a week following a seizure last spring that caused me to fail out of my engineering program. i've been struggling to recover without access to care medicaid won't cover, two weeks ago i had my painkiller prescription revoked without care for withdrawals, and just last week i was told rather suddenly and without a fallback option that my job position was being completely dissolved. any family that helped support me during recovery last year has also lost their jobs since the new year. i hate asking for help, especially when i know shit sucks for everyone right now, but i'm incredibly desperate. my rent ($750) is due today, the cost of heating is doing a number on my power bill ($200 for january alone), and i'm already in credit debt from last year. without even touching on my completely undented hospital bills, i'm utterly fucked. anything surplus that can be offered could keep me housed another month.
