So I've been A big boy(18)since December fourth of 2023 I will sadly or not so sadly be quitting this fandom (junior romantic and the whole nakamura fandom) because the books and anime are very bad at showing A healthy relationship dynamic especially the line "I don't know why I trusted someone like him after doing that to me.." From the very first episode of junior romantica was very just unsettled being its an indirect reference to Stockholm syndrome. Which honestly so is Sekaiichi Hatsukoi, Onodera was not in love he found love in the abuse and harassment. I think the depiction of all these animes are really gross and make gay men out to either be these buff dehumanized abusers or defenseless frail body's and its sad and gross, my first serious relationship I was almost taken advantage of because I thought it was normal, she forcefully tied me up and left marks on my wrist with out my consent and I thought it was normal so I didn't report it now maybe I'm naive or dumb for thinking that's normal but this was my influence and to top it all afterwards we split she borderline harassed me and told people about our relationship life on personal levels like sex life and because I was still in school everyone talked about it I was 16 being slut shamed for my relationship and sex life!! so with peace I am leaving this fandom because it reminds me of my abuse
