Hi there! I’m aware that I haven’t been updating here for a while now. Unfortunately I haven’t been too motivated to post any valuable content here, so until I find more inspirations and ideas I won’t be active here. However I do sometimes post art on my twitter.

Hello @pastriesandsweetszine! This is my entry for the sweet / dessert gijinka contest.

Since I’m Malaysian I wanted to try designing for a local dessert, so I went with one of the most popular Malaysian desserts, which is Ais Kacang. Ais Kacang basically means “Bean Ice” in Malay. Ais Kacang is usually composed of shaved ice, red beans, colourful syrup, sweet corns, peanuts and occasionally cendol or a scoop of ice cream on top.

In my design I mainly wanted to bring out the colours of the syrup and red bean, so I chose pink, green and dark maroon as the most striking colours. I also wanted to portray the shape of both the ice cream scoop and shaved ice, hence making her hair into an ice cream-like bun and her lower part of the dress as shaved ice. She also has a peanut-coloured skin.

I had lots of fun designing her. Thank you for hosting the contest!

6010′s Emergency Art Commissions

My phone was literally run over by a bus and it needs to be repaired.

Hence I’m opening quick commissions for some quick repair money!

Please read the details provided in the commission sheet, if there are anymore questions feel free to contact me uwu

Unlimited slots available, but will close within a month or two, or when I more or less reach my goal!

Please be patient with me as I might take days to get a commission done if I have a busy schedule. Otherwise it should usually take a day or two to finish.

I forgot to mention in the commission sheet but the sketch category includes headshot / bustshot / waist / full body and it will still be the same price (will still recommend headshot/bustshot tho)! Chibies will be full body by default.

I can try any kinds of styles if requested!

Let me know if you’re Malaysian and I’ll PM you the price in RM (for Malaysia bank in only). Otherwise all payments are through Paypal!

When I show you a rough draft of the drawing and you’re satisfied with it, please pay in full. I will then only fully finish the commission.
