this challenge is for everyone who is actually ready to step into their dream lives ! the rules for this challenge are very simple.

a lot of y’all over consume manifestation content and then get confused when you don’t see results. it’s because you’re trying to find so much information as you possibly can because you feel like you need to know everything. this challenge is getting rid of that mindset.

so, what you’re going to do is take a week, aka seven days away from ALL social media platforms that you can easily run into manifestation content on and apply what you already know about manifesting and get your desires ! it’s only seven days. you’re literally creating your dream life so get excited and motivated ! like nike says, “just do it.” you have got to stop feeding the mind so much loa content if you’re not gonna put it to use !! the only way you can understand how it works for you is if you apply it.

I see sooooo many people on this app saying nonsense regarding the law, please do what works for you, not what works for other people and what they say!!!

I see a lot of people saying you shouldn’t scroll on tumblr while manifesting, or that you should delete the app, which isn’t at all true (if u don’t want it to be)!!! 😭

I know for me personally, I like scrolling on here and it encourages me and makes me excited!! It might not for you, but regardless just pleaseeeeee do what you think is best for you!!! You know yourself better than a stranger on here! 💖💖

SUCCESS STORY !! ໒꒱ ‧₊˚

backstory: for the past 6/7 months, i’ve been having HORRIBLE menstrual cramps. now it may not seem like a big deal to someone who doesn’t have as bad cramps, but coming from someone who ends up at the ER every month, in and out of doctor’s offices in excruciating pain, it’s a big deal to me as it has effected my life—not for the better. (not even an iv helped the pain)

about a week ago, i was watching one of Rita Kaminski’s videos and i had decided to start affirming “my period is always painless.”

i didn’t even affirm it 24/7, just when the thought came to mind, and when i felt like it i would affirm the same affirmation as i fell asleep.

then a couple days later—just before my period had started i started to have an upset stomach, what usually happens before my period starts. the only difference was the pain had decreased by a lot, and i kept affirming “my period is painless” and decided that was the truth.

then, just three days ago, i woke up and started my period, yet i felt NOTHING!!! my stomach barely hurt at all, i was able to actually be active during my period—because i wasn’t in any pain!!!

i couldn’t be happier right now, knowing that i changed my reality just with one sentence !!

this is your sign to stop being miserable, even if it feels like forever, to start affirming and change your reality !! ♡

“why hasn’t my weight changed?” you’re repeating the old story.

“how come i’m affirming for longer hair but my hair is so short!” you’re repeating the old story.

“my parents still won’t let me-“ you’re repeating the old story.

“my face is still full of acne, the loa is fake!!!” you’re repeating the old story.

“it hasn’t happened yet” repeating the old story.

“but what if-“ you’re repeating the old story.

in order to manifest new things into 3d, you must drop the old story—the one that doesn’t have your desires and dreams. start living like you would with your desires—what would you do if you had everything you wanted?

give up the old story, and start affirming and believing in your new one. ✧₊⁺

I don't think we should demonize people who feel doubtful about LOA or have lots of questions, like saying "what's so hard to understand?" is so rude do you even read your post?? we literally spent our life being around limited ppl who want to tell us how life works and what's reality and what's not. for instance: say you are manifesting longer hair, and a thought pops into your head randomly, saying "my hair is so short! it's never going to be long" etc.

what do you do? do you give that single thought power or do you just leave it be?

the answer is simple; you don't give it the power it wants. if you are having trouble with that thought, then try distracting yourself with something, even so, know it doesn't define your reality if you dont want it to.

there is no difference between manifesting a

smaller nose than a completely different face.

there is no difference between manifesting 10$ dollars and 10,000$.

stop believing that your desire is not worthy of you, that it’s "too big" to manifest; when in reality, YOUR DESIRE wants YOU. it is just waiting—for you to get your head in the game, to stop obsessing over it as something "bigger" than you.

at the end of the day, you can manifest anything and everything if you take responsibility of your own power. so stop thinking you aren’t worthy of something or it’s "too big" to manifest, when your the creator of your reality, it’s all up to you.
