imagine that, decreasing the dose of my antidepressant has made my depression and fatigue go fucking WILD. i thought it was time to lower the dose but i was WRONG and even if i could eventually do okay w a lower dose it is not worth triggering a me/cfs flare when I had started functioning better again 😭 IT NEVER ENDS MAN IT NEVER ENDS

i do not wanna live life just grasping at the short times i get between flare ups like something has gotta make this better. i would prefer managing just ONE chronic illness alone, which is already obnoxious, but I have been shot in the face with some multi-syndrome gun forged in the fires of hell clearly meant to keep me experiencing some set of shit symptoms for the rest of eternity!!!!
