I have been on a spiritual journey since I was a freshman in high-school, or practically eighth grade. I have been practicing numerous forms of divination, and guidance from my universe forever and I would love to deep dive into it. I have been taking tons of notes in preparation for this!
{Let me start this off by saying, my spirituality is quite eclectic, but this is just how I go through the world. My way is far different from the next person, and you should never encourage others to disrespect another individual’s religious feelings and or beliefs. If I see any of that you will be blocked and removed}
Karma is a deity in itself and a Karmic Balance is the most important part to my craft
Never play with negative energy, I don’t hex, or mess with others period. This is the point of Karma to begin with.
Holding spiritual Integrity close to heart, do what you believe in, practice what you preach. Don’t ever lie on this behalf, it will only hurt your progress.
Forgiveness/Hopefulness, letting go is hard, but holding on is even harder. You have to enjoy life for what it is, as we only have so much time on this planet.
Reflection, spirituality brings me my times of reflection. I use it to gauge the world, understand my surroundings deeper.
Kindness, having kindness in your heart, or being a compassionate human being should come second nature. Tons of people fail at this, therefore it’s become a main value i’ve held close through my journey.
Your values may be different, that in itself is beautiful. Everyone perceives this world differently, and that is the real magic of being alive.

My journey truly started when my sister, Lucinda gave me a beautiful protection jar for my birthday. It was the summer of eighth grade. I took it home and propped it up on my dresser. Her interest in spirituality sparked mine completely. We definitely had our own little coven between the two of us.
I started with a simple pendulum that I got from a RANDOM spiritual store. A mainstream one at that, and that was my first mistake. Always purchase spiritual goods from well recommended people or places. Support people who deserve it. I know when getting started that is incredibly hard, however you can just make your own!
Pendulums are used to make basic decisions, or for other really strong ones. This is all person by person. Whichever way the pendulum swings you make your decision.
Now me, especially then as a young girl, was very indecisive. About very basic things, and in a way it helped me make up my mind. This was how I discovered divination as a whole, I was online looking for something to help with my indecisiveness.
I never truly “relied on it” so to speak. And you’ll notice through a lot of this post I say that. As a spiritually connected person. I have never truly RELIED, on my spiritual practices to do all the work for me.
When it comes to divination, manifestation, or offerings as a whole I tend not to solely rely on it. I think that’s where some people who try to lightly use spiritual guidance go wrong. You have to actively make changes to reach a huge goal.

However, my graduation from the pendulum came quite quickly if I must say. After getting it I did a lot of research, and I mean A LOT of researching.
I learned about the difference in Moon phases, Moon Waters, old Sicilian folklore and “evil” magick that the catholic churches forbid. Despite it being simple divination.
I learned early on it’s better to connect spiritually with your roots, mine being Sicilian and Italian.
This leads me to my next form of divination I primarily work with now.
My journey with tarot begins with my research! I saw a word that rang familiar and that was “Tarot” Growing up my nona used tarot cards but sort of in the way I previously used a pendulum.
For tarot card enthusiasts, she also used them in a very early traditional way, to tell stories! There was a very complicated way to use them to play cards as well but i’m not familiar with that at all!
This was where all of my research began to pour into, all the different meanings behind each card. upside down, major and minor arcana’s. How certain cards held warning if paired with another. It took over my little freshman brain, and it became a problem. i definitely put my research above school work. 😅
Tarot in its basic sense, is a deck of cards, each holding a different meaning whether it’s right side up or upside down.
Some people use them to tell stories, or even as a deck of playing cards! If you are looking to get a set on a budget or are a “closet witch” you can use playing cards as an alternative however i’ve heard it’s hard to learn.
Every person is different and you may use Tarot to make decisions, gain ideas, find guidance.
Tarot can be used to look at any situation from a divine place or possibly a new perspective to a situation.
Im trying to speak on tarot very broadly, as I encourage anyone who would like to learn it should do research beyond a tumblr text post.

As for how I use Tarot in my daily life, i’ll give some examples of the following.
I typically do a reading when there has been a dramatic shift in my life. So I can look at it from an outside perspective. Really judge my surroundings in a simple sense! Luckily since I use the cards and interpret them multiple ways, I see the good bad, and ugly.
If i’m confused spiritually, or my energy is off. If I feel something in my gut is wrong but I just don’t know what. Sometimes ill pull out the cards.
However if you’re prone to anxiety do not overdo this at all. Spiritual psychosis is not fun.
3. If I need some guidance in a general sense, if I’m feeling lost or indecisive about a journey or path id like to take. Seeing it laid out is very nice!
4. For helping friends! I love to help give friends clarity in the same ways I do! It helps with understanding the cards deeper.
I wake up my deck, and or say hello to the universe by giving my deck of cards a kiss. Some people bless them with incense, crystals, moon-water. But for me a simple kiss tends to do the job.
Tarot by far is something I use in my daily life, and how I charge most forms of my divination as of now has changed drastically over time.
- What i’ve found works best for me over the last year or so is sensual magick, energy transfer in that way is so strong to me. My work responds well to it! The process of this is more intimate so Im not sure i’ll share that. (unless it’s requested)
Offering bowls, and Altars are fun, very speaking of a person and what their goals are. For the longest time I had a large altar in the center of my room. That after a lot of thinking had to be sort of scattered around my space. I wanted all of my Glamour Magicks and Offerings to be in rightful homes. In their own right multiple small altars!
I love the feeling of having a space for all of my enchanted makeup. Stained with my affirmations deep, there I also keep rose petals, rose quartz, and vanilla sticks. With some beautiful candles i’ve collected over the years.
I have another small alter dedicated to speak from within and to attract all that the universe brings to me. I have a protection jar that my best friend made for me in eighth grade sitting beside it. Inside I keep stones of all forms, wax covered sigils, and more things such as cinnamon and rose petals. Sometimes I write down good wishes for friends in hopes it will reach others. Essentially anything that I desire or wish to attract.
Shrines to deities are a whole other situation that have grown on me. However I won’t get to into all of that.
For a long while I think I misunderstood people’s usage of spells, they aren’t for everyone. Some people use different ingredients and interpretations are different based on religion alone. For me I sort of pulled things from different places in my research to do my own form of spell casting.
I typically write down an affirmation or idea on a peace of paper, if it truly speaks to me sometimes I write it in a mix of Sicilian and Italian. In a way it stops people from being able to read my manifestations.
From there i’ll place it in one of my corespondent offering bowls or altars. This all depends on where I see the priority.
I then follow up by re-affirming my incantation, speaking it aloud. On occasion i’ll pour a corespondent colored wax overtop of the written spell/sigil.
- In my work, every spell requires energy, therefore before any spell I’ll charge up sensual energy. Via having sex or doing some form of self pleasure.
- Remember everyone’s way of charging energy and channeling it is different this is just the way that comes the most naturally to me.
Oh manifestation, my look on manifestation is that, it’s the true power. Every work of magick that I do, behind it is always a form of manifestation. This is why I write my spells down, verbalized them, all of the reinforcement. At the end of the day all of my work revolves around manifestation.
I do believe that when you speak something into the universe so many times it comes to fruition, and this has never once failed for me. Now on the flip-side of this, I also WORK, towards my goals.
Now this is where my work may differ from someone else’s, if I want to run into money, sure I could speak it into existence or perform spells. However i’ll actively work on money in my daily life. That’ll lead to maybe a big lottery ticket win! Or I get some kind of check!
If I want to attract good energy I’ll perform manifestations and spells, but at the same time i’ll put myself in new situations. Feel things out, and stumble upon a new friendship that brings me the good energy I needed!

- You can have anything in this world if you attract it, depending on your mindset! For me one of my base values is Karmic Elevation, karma as an entirety. I even look at it as its own deity, something you don’t disrupt.
Having a healthy Karmic balance is what I believe allows me to manifest anything. If I have bad Karma, I’ll get bad karma. If I wrong someone unjust, or wish bad energy upon them. Then none of my wishes and manifesting will come to fruition.
Not only does this encourage you to do right by your own personality, but it helps remind you that the world and universe will never revolve around you, but around everyone. Good karma will always come your way unless you disturb the peace yourself.
- In my eyes this allows me to reflect on actions, and other people’s actions as well. Not everyone connects to karma the way I do, so don’t feel as if this needs to be as big of a value to you as it is to me.
Protection & Sigils ⋆౨ৎ˚⟡˖ ࣪
When opening your world to so many energies, so many people playing with energy. You MUST protect yourself. You never know when someone or something will be desperate enough to try and mess with you. Some people don’t care about how energy will backfire on them. I’ve known plenty of people who have been desperate enough to mess up their Karmic Balance just to mess with others energies. Having a sigil or something that keeps you protected is so important.
Like I mentioned you can perform MANY types and forms of protection. It doesn’t have to be a sigil. I argue the jar from my bestfriend/sister is the most powerful piece of protection I own.

- this involves both of the topics of karma and protection, so i’d like to share a story.
I dated a guy for about 2 years, he ended up not being into the relationship and he broke up with me. I was very devastated, depressed, but I was able to overcome it. However what really hurt was not long after this, my best friend and I ended up having one of those best friend breakups. That hurt, but I lived with it. I did readings, saw the whole situation from a different perspective. I saw my wrong doings, and I saw theirs. From there I let go, and that was the best I could do.
Fast forward some time, my best friend and I reconnected, and I even reconnected with that ex for a short period of time for some moments of hashing stuff out.
Come to find out both of them thought I put “some kind of hex” on them and constantly made jokes about it. but one rule of thumb I have is never fuck with negative energy. That is outright inviting in awful energy into my space.
I obviously laughed it off and said ABSOLUTELY NOT, and explained to them my karmic rules, and they both agreed that it was definitely bad karma. Trust me I got my own share of bad karma from the whole situation. This leads me to my main point!
Protection is imperative! If either of my friends were spiritually connected, and felt I was hexing them, they could have turned around and tried to hex me! Luckily though at the begging of my spiritual journey I made a sigil ingrained with my ideals of safety.
Sigils can be anything really! Symbols or shapes that you deem necessary. I made mine using multiple formats of old wiccan traditions, I recommend doing further research on sigils and protecting sigils than just my experience with them.
I put my sigil of protection on pretty much anything I enchanted, I have one etched into the wood of my bedroom doorframe.
I put it especially on my makeup! I love doing other people’s makeup, and the last thing I want is someone with mean/hidden intentions touching my enchanted stuff! You can keep that bum ass energy to yourself bitch!
On that same note, sometimes when I cast spells ill draw out my protection sigil in the air using incense just for that extra layer of protection.

Any time you play with energy it’s good to protect yourself, protection is imperative everyone ;) heed my warning as a self proclaimed sex witch.
