hi, I'm SO sorry to ask again but I really do need groceries this weekend and have also run nearly or completely out of several important things, like several medications and cleaning/hygiene supplies.

Would any adult who can comfortably afford it be willing to throw in $5 towards any of these needs?

I'm multiply disabled and living under the poverty line. My income adds up to about 1/3 of the local minimum wage.

I am stuck in bed most of the time because my physical health is so bad, and I have expenses nondisabled people don't.
