just broke my 2 week binge free streak I HATE MYSELF BYE 😭
alexa demie lost so much wt which is so triggering/inspiring to me!! she’s been an idol of mine since 2019, but now she my current fave thinspo oh my
i’ve gone 2 weeks without binging, which is the longest i’ve ever gone in years!
but i’m going on a trip in a few days for a whole week, and i’m scared 😞 it’s going to be so hard to hide it from my family and friends, and im scared ill give in so that they don’t get sus. i don’t wanna lose 2 hard weeks of progress… any tips?

can just something new ever happen to me ? I wake up, feel the same thing, eat the same thing, watch the same show, watch that same person, wear the same thing, listen to the same thing, and sleep the same way I did yesterday and the other day… and last week.
I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who wonders about this too much?
