I hear this so much. Did you know that the regulations that consider animals “free-range” are made for consumers ears? If you saw these free range animals environments, they are nothing that you would consider free range. You are not wrong for where your consciousness is currently at, Understanding is a process, an evolution. Almost three years ago, I though I was eating healthy by eating “free-range” & “grass fed” animals until I woke to the truth, the science, it’s all there, it simply takes you investing in the education and applying the changes you learn that will better your life & others. The change can seem complex in the beginning but so was learning to walk and tying your shoes (For me it was spelling the word “the”, man that was a hard one.) It is a process. Be gentle with yourself. You are on time. If you want change-Commit to development and don’t ever give up. Enjoy downtime & when the ship is sailing slow. Don’t escape yourself , don’t run away but dive deep within. Little steps of progress are just as important as big and they add up. Every bit of your effort counts and is a victory. My favorite Waist Narrowing & Core Flattening exercise 🤗 Nauli Kriyas, more commonly known as stomach vacuuming are extremely effective in tapering your waist & belly by strengthening your abdominals & pelvic floor. The movement of this exercise cleanses the stomach organs through movement and strengthening. 💯You will notice definite core gains by incorporating Kriyas into daily training. For beginners, you want to breathe all your air out and without inhaling, suck in your stomach, stretch & hold for as long as you can and then repeat. Doing a few sets throughout the day. There are more advanced exercises for stomach vacuuming, you can find more information on YouTube, searching “Nauli Kriyas”. My most important factor of my success in adopting desired change is how important and necessary it is to keep your goal in the forefront of your mind so that your goal is what drives your actions more so than your emotional body. Your “why” for doing what you need to do is your most powerful driving force, the more you access it the stronger it becomes. To become better at anything, all it takes is consistent practice, always exploring, perceiving obstacles as opportunities and setting your intent to excel with each moment, continuously making better decisions along your way without getting down or being too hard on yourself. There are a few lifestyle changes that enforce when anyone chooses healthier eating habits. Naturally you will eat out less, you will learn about acidity & inflammation, you do more shopping and cooking, you will learn about foods and their life cycles in order so you can cook and consume more efficiently, meal prepping, being a complete label reader and having no shame for taking your time to do so while being conscious of what those labels and ingredients mean and do to your body. Adapting to these are necessary. Improving any area of your life especially an area as important as what you put into your body, the ultimate point is to better yourself, to better your life, to raise your vibrations to where you are consistently living in a state of peaceful consciousness where you are in control of your feelings and decisions, pain-free and developing towards all your goals, truly it is the practice of self love. The animal you eat for protein ate plants for theirs. Let’s stop glorifying pass-me-down nutrition. Dead meat decomposing in your stomach and then digesting through your gut is not cute, but it sure is unhealthy, acidic, toxic and inflammatory. When people meet me in person after seeing me online, they realize how tiny I really am lol I’m built and sometimes I look like a she-hulk, especially in photos. In all reality, Iam about 5’2 , 105 lbs & currently 9% body fat 😂
Yesterday’s @phxveganfest was vibin’! We had an awesome father daughter date going to his first vegan festival! He had his first pitaya bowl & is in the transition on going full vegan along with my mom! Within a week of plant based nutrition they can already feel such a dramatic difference in their energy and mental clarity and I’m honored to introduce them to a healthier lifestyle! I have stripped their household of animal products and been educating them on the alternatives along with cooking them gourmet vegan meals that are surprisingly simple.😄🙌🏽 @infinitewaters challenges everyone to a 7day vegan challenge which encouraged, inspired and instilled confidence within me before I went vegan almost 3 years ago, I highly encourage you to open your mind to all the goodness this world is offering you! Today marks my rebirth, my three year anniversary from my double neck fracture in vertebrae removal. The incident has enriched my being with profound gratitude and has increased my awareness and compassion more than any other life lesson I have experienced thus far. I’m still growing and rebuilding my life from it. Legally not allowed to speak much about it due to the current litigations which will soon be coming to an end. I look forward to share my story. I feel like not being able to speak about i my situation publicly as I have wanted has stunted me and someways in healing emotionally and socially; I’m excited that the end is near with the trials and looking forward to be able to find resolution with this part of my life. It has been very difficult for me to express , especially the depth of my gratitude to everyone who has supported me through this weather financially, spiritually and emotionally. Every penny from go fund me help me monumentally through my process of recovery and making it possible for me to get to this point. And I thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has supported me and also has stood by my side as a friend despite how socially distant I have had to be. The love and compassion I have received through this is unlike any other type of love I have yet to experience, teaching me how to see, live, and love with deeper intent. These three years have been the most difficult of my life, filled with tears from all emotions, nonetheless the most humbling three years of my life. One of the biggest lessons I have learned from this is to listen to the universe when it is giving you signs to slow down and how important it is to be aware of those signs and how the universe communicate with you. The faster the run, the harder the crash when there is no need to rush - we are always on time.
