Is it time to learn to love robusta?
Seeing a post about the carbon footprint of coffee got me curious about whether robusta coffee is more sustainable than arabica coffee. Turns out it is, and there are people dedicated to making better robusta coffee.
I’ve had Death Wish coffee before. It’s good but not great and also not pure robusta. It’s pretty easy to find at Pacific Northwest grocery stores. Nguyen’s is a gourmet pure-robusta. It’s not widely available, but there are places serving it across the US.
