WIP Roundup! (thatās what this is right. right)

Okay, so buckle up everyone because I have like 20 WIPs (yes i have no priorities, someone stop me help)Ā
hm okie so all of them are tododeku no surprise there. like iāll get the het tddk works out of the way first then go to tddk in its original glory, lmao.Ā
1. falling for you like the stars, baby, every step of the way (link:Ā https://archiveofourown.org/series/1809475): Basically a series in which I reimagine BnHA and Tododeku if Izuku was a girl! It goes all the way from their crushes at each other in U.A to their incessant pining in college to them finally getting together as young adults and starting a family. (the wedding alone was 19k words and yes that wedding was the one people found me complaining about)
2. of ice and fire and green meadows (link:Ā https://archiveofourown.org/series/1926253) basically another series that my friend @elizabelle75 inspired- just what BnHA and Tododeku would be like if Shouto was a girl, lmao. Currently, thatāll have to wait, because other works are taking up my priorities XDDD
3. Donāt Lose Your Head: So if anyone is a Six musical fan here, youāll recognize the song. I was going through a prompt list when I saw a theater au list. Here, Shouto and Izumi (fem!Izuku) dated at high school but had to break up because, surprise, surprise, Endeavor is a douchebag and doesnāt want Shouto dating a Yagi (yep, Toshinori married Inko in this one) so they leave each other, heartbroken. In college, Aoyama ropes Izumi into doing a theater play heās directing on the short marriage between Henry the VIII and Anne Boleyn (because Aoyama is a sneaky snarkster like that) for a project on doomed love (because for those not in the know, Henry had Anne executed). Imagine being Izumi, who is being roped into playing Anne Boleyn, finding out that her high school sweetheart has to play one of the most notorious womanizers in history. Shouto himself got roped into playing it because he had nothing else better to do, but heās not very happy about having to basically be worse than his dad to his ex-girlfriend especially when heās still in love with her.Ā
The best part of this entire thing is Shouto practicing Henryās lines at his dorm, with his roommate Bakugou. Bakugou instantly gets scared of Shouto, no joke. Shouto also happily puts on the Henry the VIII costume and voice (itās basically what Shouto remembers Endeavorās voice as) to scare Bakugou off whenever required.Ā
4. so no one told you life was gonna be this way: Yes, if you know Friends, you know where the title came from. Basically itās the Dekusquad as Friends but with 100 times the wholesomeness. Izuku, a very successful therapist, was just bemoaning on having to break it off with Melissa Shield, who realized she was gay, when suddenly, the most gorgeous woman rushes into the cafe, dripping wet from the rain and looking very disgruntled. Turns out, itās his old high school crush, Todoroki Shouko. There are shenanigans based off from the actual Friends series, but everything is of course, maxed out in terms of wholesomeness. Because Friends was funny, but definitely questionable.Ā
5. Ammil: This was based off the otome game Cinderella Phenomenon, and if you havenāt played it, I recommend you do because itās got amazing plotlines and it is free. So, Shouko is a feared princess (why is she feared? she has no idea) who got cursed by a witch with the Cinderella curse; as in, she goes from riches to rags, quite contrary to how Cinderella went from rags to riches and is forgotten by all, except by others cursed by other witches. She also has no idea why the witch has done so, and strangely enough, only her personal knight, Midoriya Izuku remembers her.Ā Even though, he is not visibly cursed.Ā
6. Mass Message Reply: a cute college au where Izumi, desperate for the notes she missed, sends a text to everyone in the class asking for them and she gets only one reply. why? how? thatās because the replier in question has a giant crush on her.Ā
7. My Next Door Neighbor is A God and My Girlfriend is A Badass: Izuku is just a regular college freshman when he dies attempting to save a family from aā¦goon.Ā It turns out that Izuku, because of his bravery, has been accepted into Valhalla as the afterlife and that the Valkyrie who shall accost him there isā¦none other than his girlfriend, who happens to be a demigod. And he also happens to be a demigod.
9. because the stars shine for you: Iāll give the perspective of this from possible drafts for this story because this is honestly a fun AU and it makes no sense when I explain it.Ā
I) This was Pro Hero Shouto, Ochako thought, amazed. A Pro Hero who became No. 5 within one year of graduating from U.A and who was still No.5 even though he was 19- the youngest Pro Hero yet!Ā
If anyone had told Ochako that the hero she was interning with was whipped as hell for his girlfriend (honestly she didnāt blame him, Midoriya Izumi was smart and the sweetest woman in the world) she would have stared at you in disbelief.
But here was his twin brother, whispering to her with a shit eating grin on his face, and that was when Ochako decided Todoroki Natsuo was a national treasure. If anyone needed dirt on Pro Hero Shouto, all they had to do was ask his twin brother.Ā
II) Toshinori was not sure how to feel about the fact that the next successor of One for All was also his daughterās boyfriend but, well, young love worked in mysterious ways.Ā

10.Ā like a rainbow stretching across the asphalt after the rain (link: https://archiveofourown.org/works/25482391): this is my personal favorite work in progress, currently itās got 10 chapters published out of 25, whoops! So well, Izuku and Shouto are teachers at U.A High! No quirks, because they always complicate shit, and whatās more, Izukuās practically Katsuki and Ochakoās older brother because heās looked after them since they were little. (nine years gap between tddk and the rest of the kids XD). 1-A basically clamors together to matchmake Izuku and Shouto, and these two have to figure out how to be in a relationship with the guy they fell in love with.
11.Ā Because If This Is Anything Less Than A Hot Mess, Itās An Insult: okay so i was just like what if bnha characters were the avengers, and my friend told me;
āWhat if Shouto was Iron Man?ā
AND THEN IT HIT ME THAT IF SHOUTO HAD TO BE IRON MAN, IZUKU WOULD HAVE TO BE THE HENPECKED SECRETARY because it makes for a cuter dynamic honestly. And no, nobody is dying here. Itās kind of not fully processed yet, but it is what I would want the MCU to be.Ā
12. like the petals falling in spring: Okay, so Iāve seen enough Avatar!AUs where Izuku is the Avatar and Shouto is Zuko. I wanted to write an AU where Momo is the Avatar and Izuku is instead, Sokka. Thatās it. Thatās literally this AU.Ā
13. thereās no place like you: Again, another AU where I based Tododeku off a couple- namely Lucaya from Disneyās Girl Meets World. Here, 1-A is 3-A and it is a no quirks universe. Shouto and Ochako have been best friends since their first year, because of a chance paired project activity that allowed them to realize how similar they actually were. Ochako here, goads Shouto into dating Izuku, the most popular guy in U.A, while Shoutoās secretly harbored a crush on Izuku ever since they first met.Ā
14.Ā The Song of Truth: Izuku and Shouto, two young elves, are childhood friends- Shoutoās been inept at his magic since birth for a strange reason, but Izuku knows Shouto will be an amazing mage. Then Shouto goes missing and itās up to Izuku to find him in the world of humans, long rumored to be vile and dangerous to elves. (the 2nd chapter is so loooong help, im not even halfway done with writing it)
