I am now doing commissions for poems and other writings.

For poems, one 5 line stanza is five dollars. Five lines will be the usual amount for a stanza.

If I add a stanza shorter than five lines, you will not be charged extra. I will not add a regular stanza without your permission.

If you request an extra line, you'll be charged an extra dollar. I will *not* charge by the hour for poems.

I'll take 50% up front for my own protection. I will send you your poem via messages. If you want it printed and mailed, the price goes up.

You must give me a prompt for your poem, even if it's just one word. I do all kinds for any occasion.

If you want a story, one page is $25. If I go over the limit you set, you will not be charged. Consider it a happy accident, more story for free.

Stories will require more time and I will share them with you via Google Docs. If you want it printed and mailed, price goes up.

Poems have the option of being written in cursive rather than printed, but the price goes up. Stories do not have this option.

If you want specific paper, price goes up. Otherwise I'll be using regular notebook paper for handwritten cursive poems.

All mailed items will be signed using my poetry name: Barbie.

He kissed his cheek and took a forkful into his mouth. He hummed contentedly. "This is good."

He took a forkful himself. "Mmm!" He chirped. "It is good. Where'd you get this?"

He rolled his eyes and smiled. "Yes, it does."

His grin brightened and he got them each a fork before sitting next to him. He put the plate between them.

He very lightly nudged him back, shaking his head with a smile. "Save that talk for later, we may have prying ears."

He grinned. "Does that me we can do that later?"

He laughed as he recorded, glad he was liking this so much. "Yours is meant to withstand much more, by the way, we can't go eating your head now."

He blushed and lowered his voice.

"Course not. Not when you can just eat the real me out." He winked.

Danny herded an ever more curious Speranta away when they heard the laughter. She pouted. He plucked it off the cake, and held it in his face. "Are you ready to do the honors?"

"Take a video!" He grinned. When Zander was ready and recording, he looked down at the figure with a devilish smile. "This is for those times you bit my head off for no reason!" He said before laughing and biting off her head.

"That sounds lovely." He grinned. "I couldn't resist the mental image, so her figurine is edible. You can bite her head right off."

He threw his head back laughing. "Oh, my goodness, yes. I love it."

"Strawberry."

He grinned and kissed his cheek. "Of course it is." He went to get a plate. "Do you want to share a piece?"

He watched his excitement fondly, getting a knife set out so they could cute that slice and split it.

"What flavor did you make it?" He asked.

He kissed his forehead. "You're welcome."

"I'm gonna send a picture to Bethie." He said, excitedly getting his phone out. "She likely won't reply for a while, but she'll get a kick out of it!"

He kissed him, smiling, and then pressed their foreheads together. "Like I'll always say, you didn't have to do anything." He glanced at it. "Once the bloody slice is taken, we can show the kids. Although... maybe tomorrow." He laughed.

He laughed with him. "Good idea, they did just get ice cream." He leaned against him. "Thank you."

He wrapped his arms around his waist and set his chin on his shoulder. "I did." He kissed his cheek. "You pushed her off the top after a few other things." He pointed at the splatters of red around the side where the woman was dangled.

He shook his head, grin only growing and turned to kiss him.

"You're so sweet." He whispered. "What did I ever do to deserve you?"

"Open them."

He was, at first, confused by the bloody cake. Then he saw the woman with a striking resemblance to his ex wife and he grinned.

"Oh, Zander." He whispered, astonished. "You didn't."

After one last cautious look out of the kitchen, he carefully brought the Divorce cake back to the island in it's full glory.

"Can I open my eyes?" He asked with a cheeky grin. He heard some movement, must've bought something big. He turned red at the thought of Zander buying him something. He shouldn't still be embarrassed by it, but that was okay. This was the kind of embarrassed that came from feeling special.

He stuck his head out the kitchen to smile at him, and glance around to make sure the kids were busy. And then he pulled him in. "Close your eyes."

He shook his head with a little grin, but complied. "Eyes are closed."

Just in case, Zander had carefully tucked the cake out of view, in case the kids did get a peek in. After all, he didn't know if Daisy would still be fronting. And she didn't need to see a faux bloody cake, nor did Sparrow.

It didn't take long for them to get home.

"Darling? We're home." He called lovingly. He took a little longer to get his jacket and shoes off to subtly wait for the kids to be out of the room and away from the kitchen.

The three hopped up. "I wonder what he did for you." "Maybe it's food."

"That would explain why he mentioned the kitchen." He said thoughtfully. He blushed at the thought that he might've made dinner for them, even if it didn't make sense with the kids not sleeping over at Mark's or whatnot.
