Mittens I made for a charity auction.
Knitting finished as of last night! Still need to weave in a few ends, wash, and block.
Was aiming for 48” x 60”, came out 39” x 60” so far, but I’m hoping to be able to block it to a little wider and I’m ok losing a few inches of length for that

Santiago de Compostela socks (not knitted there - yarn purchased there). Pattern is Cachot by Anita Grahn.
Vacation Socks! Helix by Maria Moldova
I finished another dolman sleeve sweater today :) This is from a Japanese magazine called 編物洋裁秋のスタイルブック(1952).
I translated the pattern, then converted the instructions into a knitting machine pattern and made a couple modifications:
tightened the neckline
added ribbing
added a button placket
Had some spare yarn. Made more mittens.
TWO projects got the needles accidentally yanked out of them today. TWO.
Big day for learning new things at my craft group. One lady just turned her first heel, while another just learned that the show is called Hawai'i Five-Oh and not Hawai'i Bible.
I just didn't something I haven't done in ages... I knit the second mitten!
Behold the first Finished Object of 2026, the April Hat! Made out of the bonus skein I got with an Arcane Fibreworks order.

I've decided to knit a Herbert Niebling pattern for the first time. Cobweb weight linen yarn and 1.5mm needles. This is 10 rows of 278.
And this is my cats paw in comparison. So glad he didn't snag it with his claws.
Sending you good vibes. Use a lifeline.
