Took a break from knitting to get started with my free Ikea kallax DIY and finally put some fun stuff on my walls. Can you tell I’m really into orange?

I’m going to paint the kallax blue, inspired by the Tylko furniture I keep seeing all over Instagram.

Current WIP!

In an attempt to stop myself buying an Arc’teryx beanie, I went looking for something that gave a similar(ish) vibe that I could make myself.

This is my first time double knitting. I already made a few mistakes and it’s verrrry slow for me. I knit English style and I cannot work out how best to hold the yarn. But I’m enjoying it!

I’m a little concerned it will be too big for my head, but we’re trusting the process.
