((Sorry I haven’t been active for a long time. And apologies to the few RP-er I left hanging! I was really busy irl and then I was so tired I couldn’t bring myself to do anything for the blog.

I don’t mind continuing RPs from a few months ago so I’ll try to write my replies soon. Again, sorry about disappearing without a notice!

I’ll be really busy from October on tho so I don’t know how active I can be. I love this blog and I’ve put a lot of energy and time into it but it has long lost its charm over the followers so that + limited free time = will be active every now and then if there are asks.))

I don't know if this is a bit too personal, but I can always ask, right? Well, you told us once that there are two ways to create a protoform for sparkling; externally and internally. Which way were you two created? (I don't know if this has been asked before, but enlighten us anyway)

KO: I don’t consider this to be a too personal question and I’ll gladly enlighten you. 

I was created internally and Starscream - externally. As I’ve mentioned before, usually the wealthy families were the ones who could afford to have their offspring created externally. And Starscream’s family was a wealthy one as far as I know.

NightSpeed runs into the room and runs in circles. "WHEEE!!!" He cheered loudly. Scarred walked into the room. "NightSpeed! Calm down! I knew I shouldn't have given you that chocolate bar!"

*Knock Out watched from the floor where he was playing with Starblast as the energetic sparkling run in circles. His attention is then drawn to his alternate entering the room.*

KO: I guess the energon sweets I made are out of the question.

SS: Hm, yes, it should be less uncomfortable for you. I felt like my cockpit was going to shatter the last month. not to mention the pain in my pedes when I attempted walking for more than half a minute - pure torture!

..Yeah, I admit it was kinda cute. Just don’t tell Knock Out I said that.

::… ouch. You have my deepest sympathies, that sounds like no fun at all. I am now happy that my pedes are big and flat and simply constructed… So, does that mean, if you intend sparking another bitlet, Knock Out will be the carrier? His frame is more substantial than yours, he’d probably have fewer problems.

And I promise I will say nothing::

SS: But he’s so vain! I feel like his constant whining about carrying deforming his perfect frame would be more annoying and exhausting to listen to than carrying itself... And I’d have to pamper him. And then he’d have mood swings.

All in all - I’d rather carry again than have to deal with carrying!Knock Out. He’d be the worst kind of carrier! Not that it wouldn’t be amusing to see him suffer instead of me. But not for more than a day.

*Knock Out couldn’t help getting more and more irritated. It was foolish of him to hope that this Starscream would just play nice and he knew it. It was time for another plan.

Opening his bond, he quickly explained to his mate what the situation was and what his coordinates were. He was close to home so it wouldn’t take his Starscream more than a minute to reach him. Waiting for his mate, Knock Out returned his attention to the seeker in front of him.*

KO: Ok, first - what I said was the truth and you’ll believe it soon enough. Second - even if someone else saw you - you wouldn’t be arrested and trialed for any war crimes here. And third - don’t be foolish and let me patch you up while we wait for your alternate to fly here.

Starscream went silent, still watching KnockOut very carefully. He didn’t trust the red sports car in the slightest, though he was beginning to get alerts about the energon leakage. Apparently it was a bit worse than he thought.

Still….to have KnockOut this close and trust him at his back? Even if this was really some ‘alternate reality’, what was to say that this KnockOut was any different? Nothing was making any sense right now and it was beginning to give Starscream a processor ache.

All he wanted to do was get back to Vos.

“I said, my self-repair can handle it. Go play the good Samaritan somewhere else KnockOut.”

KO: Ugh, you’re so stubborn! Fine then, we’ll wait. Star should be- *Knock Out stopped mid-sentence and looked up, noticing his bondmate has just reached them.

Starscream transformed and landed gracefully on his pedes, wings fanning. His optics quickly found his alternate, who was very obviously not well. His gaze didn’t leave the other seeker when Knock Out spoke to him.*

KO: Oh, thanks the Allspark you finally came. I don’t have enough patience to deal with a distrusting alternate of yours. He won’t even let me fix him! *the red mech then looked at the bleeding Starscream.* Well, believe me now?

SS: Congratulations are in order then! I wasn’t aware you were sparked up. I was kind of busy with Starblast trying to climb every Primus damned piece of furniture we have.

Ugh, you have no idea. It’s about to get worse. Carrying - very uncomfortable and exhausting! Just thinking about it makes me happy I’m over that now.

And Knock Out constantly wanted to talk to my ‘tummy’. It was so frustrating at times I would’ve banned him from nearing me in ten meters radius if he wasn’t bringing me the most delicious energon candies.

::Thank you. Although I’m not so pleased to hear that! It may be that I shall have an easier time of it, though, comparing our frames. I’m a lot bigger with a lot more inner space than you, I think, so hopefully I won’t be too uncomfortable.

*Knock Out vented loudly and he rolled his optics in mild irritation. Well, it was a lot to take it, alternate universes and such. Besides, he’s learned to be patient with Starscreams.*

KO: No brainwashing techniques, Starscream. You’re in an alternate universe. In here, I haven’t done anything to wrong you so there’s really no reason for you to- *Knock Out stopped talking abruptly when his optics followed where Starscream was looking and noticed the energon. But he didn’t make a move towards the seeker.* 

Let me patch you up.

“No….stay back.” Starscream shifted, trying to find the source of the continually pooling energon. It wasn’t hard, though the gash appeared to be on his back, just underneath his right wing. It must have pulled open with the aggressive gesturing he was doing at KnockOut.

“Just….stay back….” All of this crazy talk about multiple Starscreams and now he was going on about alternate universes. Pure nonsense.

“I am on Cybertron aren’t I? I know where I am and I know who you are. Just….run along. My self-repair system will get to my injuries.” Though that gash did have the potential to be worrisome, especially since he couldn’t reach it on his own.

“The last thing I want is to be arrested and tried for war crimes. I will wait here until my comms are back online and then Skywarp will come and we will return to Vos. Then the two of us can pretend this never happened alright?”

::… You didn’t know? Uh.. sorry! Everything’s been a bit… I think the human term is ‘topsy turvey’ (I really like that!) just recently and I kind of assumed everyone had heard… But yes. Flywheels and I bonded on Mars and I sparked. Deliberately and very happily. It’s going to be a while before he unfurls, but I’d be very happy to have them meet. I shall look forward to it!

… and in the meantime, I shall be very happy when I stop feeling so tired. Was  extreme exhaustion a problem when you were carrying?::

He had no idea what this Starscream was talking about but it seemed to him that his own alternate has hurt the seeker enough so Starscream would have a reason to be hostile. In any case, there was no reason to agitate the mech further so he stayed on his spot.*

KO: Look, I have no idea what you’re talking about but I can assure you I’ve put no proverbial knives in my Starscream’s back. Or in any Starscream’s back for that matter. So really, no need to be angry with me.

KnockOut’s words gave Starscream pause, though he did not retract his claws just yet. Something bizarre was going on here and he was not about to let down his guard.

“….What sort of brainwashing technique have the Autobots used on you? You are speaking nonsense. I am quite sure you remember exactly what I am talking about…” Maybe they wiped his processor or something…leave it to the peace-lovers to be the ones to resort to such methods.

Slowly the silver seeker shifted along the wall, freezing as his pede hit something slick. Looking down, Starscream realized it was energon. His own energon. He hadn’t even realized he sustained any injuries in the crash, at least nothing serious enough to leak energon.

Well slag.

yes i have believe it or not! even thought i am a quarter cybertronian i can raise a sparkling. she is four now but when she reached her terrible tows it was like hell had risen from the ground.

KO: I was about to ask how you’re a quarter Cybertronian but I don’t think I want to know..

Oh joy. I can only imagine... no wait, scratch that - I can’t imagine how bad Starblast will be. What with his personality and all...

*Knock Out stopped immediately when he saw the sharp claws and an angry seeker ready to attack. He had zero desire to confront this Starscream. Raising his servos, he moved his weight from one pede to the other.*

KO: Now, now, Starscream, calm down. No need to be hostile.

No need to be hostile? All this time spent with the Autobots must have fried themoron’s processors. Starscream let out another low hiss, obviously not calmed by KnockOut’s seemingly peaceful approach.

“No need to be hostile? Really KnockOut, because I recall the last time we met you were the one to put the proverbial knife in my back!” Starscream did not like this situation he was in. Pinned against a building with no comms and on a planet that was hostile, this was about the worst situation Starscream could find himself in.

Skywarp was so dead.

WARNING! when starblast gets to his terrible twos he will be even worse than he is now! question for starscream how is the little ankle bitter anyway? sent over some toys but he can only have them if he has been good.

KO: And how would you know that? raised a sparkling before?

SS: He’s doing well. He wants to climb everything but he’s not very good at it so there’s lots of falling down and crying.

But he hasn’t been a whining and manipulative brat in a couple of days so I guess we could give him those toys.

*Knock Out has already driven past the building that Starscream was hiding behind when he hit the breaks harshly, changed gears, and drove in reverse until he could see the seeker clearly. 

His own Starscream would not be in there and would most definitely not attempt to hide from him. Even if those facts somehow weren’t enough to prove Knock Out’s suspicions, a quick check of his bond cleared any doubts from his processor. This was not his Starscream but it was definitely a Starscream. An alternate then. That ought to be fun!

Transforming, he stepped closer to the seeker and gave him a broad smile.*

KO: So what is a seeker like you doing in a place like this?

Instantly those deadly claws of Starscream’s were extended and he flared his wings in an aggressive manner that he knew KnockOut was familiar with. Of course, of all the bots to see him, it had to be that traitor!

If it hadn’t been obvious enough that this Starscream was not from this world, the slight frame modifications would have been enough to indicate that things were a bit off. Starscream’s colors were a bit brighter and wings bearing the insignia of a Vosian WingLord, though the decepticon insignia on his chest remained. His frame seemed a bit lighter, as if he had switched thick armor for light alloys to better suit fast flight.

The silver seeker watched KnockOut approach, hissing a clear warning as he flattened himself against the building. “Don’t you come any closer to me. I am warning you.”

*Knock Out was on his way home. It hasn’t been a terribly busy day at the clinic but he wanted to go home already. To sit down on the sofa and enjoy some fine energon with Starscream and their sparkling. 

He made a turn and left the busy boulevard, taking a shortcut. There were barely any other Cybertronians on the considerably smaller road. His music system was playing the last human song he was obsessing over while he sped past the buildings, almost missing the all too familiar frame of a seeker on his right.*

Why was luck never on his side? Why was it that every time something unfortunate could happen to the silver seeker it did? Starscream’s sensors picked up the movement several seconds before the all too familiar sports car came careening past him.

“Frag it all to the pit!” Starscream cursed in Vosian, doing his best to get to his feet though his sensors were all still disoriented from the warp. Venting harshly, the Vosian Winglord fell against the building behind him, praying that perhaps KnockOut would keep going.
