I have to be better about calorie in take. With my mom closely watching me I still have to eat what she buys but I’ve decided to just take in less. I refuse to go back to purging. Ive also decided to go back and forth with calorie in take so I do not damage my metabolism like last time. I also have to be careful I don’t end up in the hospital again. But with what I’m eating I guess that’s not gonna happen.

I’ll have my weigh-ins on Wednesday and post updates as well then.
