“Last Saturday, at The Earthlings Experience, I witnessed something that actually touched me. When this man was told that we was showing footage from inside farms and slaughterhouses he said he believed that it was important that his son knows what goes on so he can make a decision for himself. He asked Ben to lower the laptop screen so his son could watch and supportively held him all the way through. He asked his son if he wanted to eat animals after he had watched for a while and of course the little boy said “No Daddy”. He told his son that he didn’t have to, if he didn’t want to, and that they would talk about it more when they got home. Now, imagine if every parent did this. Imagine a society in which parents were honest about where their food comes from, wasn’t lied to by the people they trust the most and given the opportunity to make that decision for themselves. Children are indoctrinated by their parents through sugar coated lies to accept without protest what we do to animals. I was. Not this little man though. What an amazing father he has. Every child is a born vegan. Every child loves animals. No child would be happy with what happens.”
