Given that I’m an avian furry and reside on Twitter a lot, I felt it would be a crime not to participate in the TweetFur meme/ trend. She’s just too cute not to! So here’s my rendition of the blue birb x>

A short while after the original commission, I was asked to do some alterations and make a Christmassy variation, so here’s that result.

Finished a commission for Fect, they asked for me to design a character profile picture based on their MC skin, after some back and forth, different designs, this was the result x) Was a fun project! A confused looking cartoony bear anthro.

Posted with permission, a recent commission I did for someone, they requested I design a character based on their specifications, riffing off of Yoshi somewhat. Back in June I did an art trade with my friend, who draws adorable art. But around that time I hit a big wall, mental health kicked my butt. The work in progress images for my last picture, I have a very messy sketch method, but then I’m the sort of person who looks up to artists like Kishimoto, it’s no surprise. Just sharing the sketch and line process~

I’ve been wanting to do something like this for AGES! Trying something new with my lining and colouring. Also a bit of a distraction from working on the other two I’ve delayed posting, needed to motivate myself x

So I've been trying to understand my fursona/ avian character Koeru, how she looks, define the design and this was the result. A sheet of Koeru. I've decided to leave it for the most part flat colours, because A. It's going to take me ages to shade all this and B. I want to move away from that style of colouring anyway, so I'd just like to get this posted.

Work in progress/ WIP sketch - Working on this for a friends game, sort of a mish-mash redesign of a character from a previous version. It's an RPG style game, this serves as the character image while they're talking/ giving dialogue. My sketch work is ALWAYS messy. But it works for me~ x

Work in progress! Holy shit this has taken me far too long, the lining felt like it was never going to end. Normally I only do a singular character per image, went a bit overboard with this. Colours are mostly in, I’m going to separate these and get the shading done, then post ‘em x Almost there! Then I can continue working through my list of ‘to draw’

Update post -

I've organised EVERYTHING - select the 'Pages' section on the Menu bar and the drop down will show you all the different categories, for an easier time navigating what you want to see. Home will show everything as it's posted.

I finally got around to reorganising and updating Tumblr, now all I have to do is update DA, FA and Weasyl. Help.

So I'm back and have started drawing again, properly this time, with a new sense of direction and energy I haven't felt since I studied art in college. Which subsequently lead to me burning out and hating it for years. Feels bad man~

I've been on and off hiatus for years with vast stretches of inactivity, sorry about that. Life, ya know?

Anyway! That's the update. Hello again~

Work in progress~ I’ve been drawing on and off for years and my persona/ fursona character, Koeru, me, I’ve never really settled on her design. Every time I’ve drawn her, it’s always differed in some way, changed and I just wanted to really pin it down. So I spent a few hours on stream, just kind of sketching up some cute poses. Different angles. I’m probably going to line and colour this, but I’ve got to get around to it~ Thought I’d share the unfinished work. x

I finally got around to giving this a proper try and I really like the results. Avatar: The Legend of Korra - my favourite character. Drawn on stream using Paint Tool Sai

This is Koeru, my fursona/ avian/ persona, whatever you want to call it. She’s of no particular species, just a fluffy pink bird creature. I drew this specifically to use as all my account avatars and I still use it today. Done in 2016

A little while ago I wanted to draw a picture to use as my avatar, practically every account I have now uses it. Here’s a screenshot of the WIP

The idea of going back to some of your earliest work as an artist and attempting to re-draw it, has always been something I’d like to do every now and then. I’ve done this before with a couple of other pictures, but this time I decided to go with my earliest digital art. Complete picture anyway. This was Ti’reon, top right is the old picture. It’s unfinished and I don’t know if I’ll ever finish it, but thought I’d share anyway.
