Bro I just saw a video that said that the Gerudo don't trust men because it stems from Ganondorf.

Every one hundred years a male is born to the Gerudo tribe and -by tradition- this male is destined to become their king. Now I personally don't think every male born was evil, but after watching a number of their leaders repeatedly transform into forces of insane destruction and cause havoc all over Hyrule, I think the Gerudo had to carry some huge cultural shame knowing Ganondorf was born from their people. So to prevent another leader from ever doing this again, I think over time the Gerudo restructured their laws by abandoning their tradition of a male leader and banning men from ever entering their living spaces again, but what do you think?"
There's literally ZERO proof that post-calamity botw/totk Gerudo would restrict a male leader being born and becoming king btw. And also wouldn't they be contradicting themselves by saying that no man can ever be in their living spaces again and then welcoming Link after helping Riju with reclaiming Gerudo town? So that just sounds a bit stupid.
It strikes me as odd that if all males are banned from being in Gerudo living spaces, as you've said, where will the male children of the Gerudo reside? It's a fact that a Gerudo male is born every 100 years but if they're barred from claiming their birthright and unable to be around Gerudo living spaces, where do they go? The shadow realm?? The backrooms??
Wouldn't it make more sense that the Gerudo put the laws preventing men into Gerudo town for the safety of not only themselves, but also their children and other women throughout Hyrule? And by being a part of the Gerudo, Ganondorf would be protected by those laws too?
An example of this is the "voe caravan trio" literally prides themselves on trying to be the "first men to do business with the Gerudo" and "it's taken years for them to convince the Gerudo to depend on them" as if the husbands of the Gerudo who give supplies to sell just don't exist.

And also the caravan trio having to be saved by the Gerudo women. They literally state their goal as wanting to be exceptions to law that can't be wavered and wanting to be seen as "heroes", but can't even help take down the gibdos when they swarm Kara Kara Bazzar which causes them to get fired.

After acquiring the Gerudo Clothes, Link can speak with Benja while wearing them. Benja seems to have an attraction to Link and despite their conversation being nearly the same as before, Benja doesn't realize that it is Link.

Their leader, Benja, hopes that by assisting with the Sand Shroud, they will be welcomed into Gerudo Town as heroes. However, when the Gibdos attacked Kara Kara Bazaar during "Riju of Gerudo Town", they hid in the Kara Kara Bazaar Inn, which forces Ripp to fire them.
"Still, maybe if we prove our muster as gate guards, Gerudo Town will make an exception and welcome us as heroes!" — Benja (Tears of the Kingdom)
"I had to fire those voe from the caravan squad who were helping us guard the oasis. Those idiots... When the monsters attacked, they fled into the inn before even the civilians could. Not all voe are as brave as you (Link), it seems. — Ripp (Tears of the Kingdom)
"We were fired from guard duty for whatever reason... Which puts a damper on the Voe Caravan Squad's plans to become the first men officially accepted by the Gerudo. But we don't have it in us to give up now! Now that the sand shroud cleared up, I think we'll heard to Gerudo Town to negotiate with them directly! — Benja (Tears of the Kingdom)
Link speaks to Robsten while wearing the Gerudo Outfit, he is shocked to see him and thinks he is a girl.
"WOW! So cute..." — Robsten (Breath of the Wild)
Robsten then asks Link if he is there by himself, commenting that the Desert is dangerous.
"Oh, my. Please excuse my rudeness. Are you all by yourself in a place like this? The desert is quite dangerous, you know." — Robsten (Breath of the Wild)
Robsten promises to be there for him if he is ever afraid.
"If you feel even the slightest twinge of fear, you can count on me to help, OK?" — Robsten (Breath of the Wild)
does recall seeing a pretty Hylian girl at the general store who dresses like a Gerudo. Robsten then wonders where she bought the Gerudo clothes and wonders if wearing them would allow him to sneak into Gerudo Town.

"Link can take a picture and return to Bozai. At this point Bozai will open up to Link, stating that the statue was just an urban legend and doesn't actually exist. He explains that he just made it up to keep Link engaged in hopes of forming a relationship. Although when Link tells him it actually does exist, he thinks Link is just trying to make him feel better. Bozai is surprised when Link actually shows him the picture, and tries to ask Link to spend some time with him before Link interrupts him. Link asks for the Sand Boots, which Bozai removes to give him."
"That...certainly is...the way it was rumored to look... That- THAT'S AMAZING! I thought it was just an old wives' tale! The eighth heroine actually exists?! If the rest of the world knew this, it'd be absolute bedlam! ...But I won't tell anyone... Yeah, that way, it'll just be our little secret, right? Sort of a bonding thing. And yeah, i-if it's OK, I'd like to take this opportunity to ask you-" — Bozai, Breath of the Wild
"Link can talk to him while wearing the Gerudo Clothes, at which point Bozai is upset that the two didn't get much time to spend together alone."

Bozai is secretly hoping that without the snow boots there's no way Link will travel up to the Gerudo Highlands. He wants Link to fail and then come crawling back.
"No way a normal person can make it through the Gerudo Highlands without good snow boots... She'll probably give up halfway through and come crawling back... Fine, you win. So headstrong! I love it. I'll just be waiting here, OK? If you ever need me for anything above and beyond footwear, you just come find ol' Bozai anytime!" — Bozai, Breath of the Wild
It's at this point he finally pops the question to Link, asking him out on a date. Link will respond with not a chance, which really hurts Bozai. He will ask if he can just gaze at Link until he disappears from his vision.
"Well, now I'm barefoot... But if you're happy, then I'm happy! And what's more, this whole episode has endeared you even more to me! Your cutely greedy side. Your sassy, playfully rude side... Your unexpectedly tough side... Um... Would you... ...g-g-go out... ...w-w-w-with..." — Bozai, Breath of the Wild

He even rejects Link getting the sand boots when he's not in Gerudo clothes because he knows that Link is a guy.
"Huh? You're coveting these things after you heard me sing their praises? Not cool. Look, these sand boots are super rare. Mayyyybe I'd consider giving them to you if you were a girl, but a guy? NO. I'm busy here. Get lost!" — Bozai, Breath of the Wild
And that's just from 2 games in the entire series..
But it's like yeesss ughhhh why didn't we think of this sooner??? It's definitely Ganondorf's fault for the Gerudo not trusting men or letting men into Gerudo town and definitely not the hylian men creeping on them, right guys??
