鍋焼きうどんと炊き込みご飯。 W炭水化物です！（笑）

炊き込みご飯は、ラクして茅乃舎の「炊き込みご飯の素」を使いました。 それプラス、鶏肉余ったから入れて炊きました。 やっぱり動物性のものが入ると全然違うよね。 美味しかった👌

うどんをこうやって土鍋でどんっと出して取り分けるスタイル、なかなか良いかも。
