Villain Students?

So, I saw another user who was doing villain version of the students and wanted to touch on one. I figured why not start with the goofy Goober Kaminari Denki?

IDK man. Not everyone can be a big-time Villain.

I wanted him to remain essentially electrical, so he's got worker’s belt with electrician’s tools, as well as rubber work gloves (Can’t really see them). Heavy duty Boots, and some nifty glasses that help keep him from blinding himself.

I figure I kinda missed on this one though. I’ll try harder with Sero Hanta and Kirishima Eijirou.
