A lot can change in two years

Two years ago I made the decision to go on training. Nearly 600 hours of teaching completed. Currently teaching in 2 studios. Would never of thought this would be my journey. But I love it. More than ever. Namaste ❤️

Over 50 classes taught

Loving every minute. Gaining so much from this, I never thought or imagined this would be something I'd want to do let alone be good at 😳 My practice has fallen by the wayside. The final icing on the cake will be a return to regular practice and to get back on track with p2t eating. Day one today. Feeling positive. I can do this. I will do this. Looking forward to being stronger, firmer, lighter and eventually the person I know I can be. Six months from today I want to be exactly where I should be....and back in size 12 skinnies🙏😊👯💕

Creeky. Bones are not happy. Praying for a night off. Not gonna happen. Digging deep for class 85. Rajashree taught this morning 💕 her. Might be biks again tonight.

The end is in sight

.....I don't want it to be. Having an amazing time. Much more than I ever thought I would. Maybe it's a sign I need to join a cult/live on a kibbutz #nothappening

Only words to describe the vile fool who has an overinflated option of themselves that took our posture clinic yesterday. After having so many amazing and inspiring teachers helping us this was a reminder that some people are just twats. Yoga teacher or not

Week 5 nearly done

So this week I got asked by someone who barely speaks English themselves if I would be teaching in English. As if that wasn’t my first language. I didn’t do my best attempt but really….did the accent not give it away as to where I’m from?!

The accent on most other occasions has been my saviour….it’s true Americans love a British accent.

Done cobra pose. So only 9 more to do.

The realisation that I am going to be a teacher is hitting home and its a terrifying yet exciting thought.

Amazing how the mood changes in about three minutes here. A lot of people getting negative which is annoying, I have my moments but I have reined them in somewhat.

Still no sight of the guru.
