here we go again
In six months I’ve lost 66lbs. I’ve dropped at least three skirt sizes. My pants are looser but I still don’t feel comfortable sizing those down. An XL shirt is snug but my 2XLs are too big. I had hoped by now I’d have lost more, but the plateau I just broke through was rough. Another 40lbs is doable by the end of the year - I just need to push myself harder. I’m transitioning to weekly weigh-ins now instead of daily.
I’ve lost almost thirty pounds in the last 52 days. I was wearing 3x shirts that were fitting properly and now they’re entirely too big on me. The skirt that I had made in October that fit just fine is now falling off my body.
I will have to make my peace with the constant ups and downs knowing that at the end it’s a loss no matter what
I hope one day to be at a point where I won’t rely on mints or gum to quell an angry stomach
If I have almost 500calories tomorrow for lunch I simply cannot justify having breakfast or dinner.
Addendum:
I instead had a 280cal yogurt for breakfast which I have already burned off 254cal of, so I will in fact be having my avocado toast and then a salad for dinner with my friend after the gym :)

And you know what, I could have easily maintained that sharp loss over the weekend but NO I decided to eat like a fucking pig that day
I think I need to go back to incorporating post-work exercise again but I’m uncertain where to get good cycling shoes to use my bike at home

It actually is not hard to control yourself and not shove food in your face if you really try
I need to up my water intake - I dropped like 7lbs and then it crawled back up over the last two days. I almost forgot how upsetting the daily weigh in is, but I have not earned a weekly yet.

I’ve been cleaning my apartment all day and it’s distracted me off food so right now I’m digging into some spicy cauliflower and I’ve already cooked dinner for tonight and I’m still planning on going to the gym 😌
Tbh gluten sensitivity is problem going to be the best thing to happen to me
I love that boyfriend can work from home some days but this makes restricting really hard
