Guests can check in 24 hours a day and use the facilities for as little as 1 hour. Facilities are located within three minutes of major airports, train stations, or the central part of town. Whether your travel is for business or pleasure, 9h is a valuable tool that can help ensure a stress-free and enjoyable trip. The newest location, situated in the heart of Tokyo, offers the same amenities and minimalist layout as their predecessors, while providing sprawling views of the adjacent cityscape.

Beach House | Carles Enrich

A minimalist renovation located in Catalonia, Spain, designed by Carles Enrich. The designers wanted to not only visually expand the space, but provide additional storage and function for the residents as well. As a result, the wall separating the main living area and bedroom was completely removed in substitute for a shelving unit that would act as a partition. Recessed lighting replaced track lighting, and the floors were replaced as well.

Islington House | Larissa Johnston

A plywood box hosts the kitchen and staircase in this minimal maisonette in Islington, which has been reconfigured and extended by local architect Larissa Johnston.

Johnston overhauled the maisonette, which occupies the lower two levels of a Victorian terrace house, for a couple and their two young children.

The architect aimed to maximise the space, bring in more natural light and add more storage to maintain an uncluttered appearance.

The architect swapped the layout around, placing sleeping areas on the upper level, and living spaces on the ground floor.

Prior to the alterations, the bedrooms were located on the lower floor and were dark and enclosed, while the upper floor kitchen and living room lacked a relationship with the rear external courtyard.
