Bokuto Koutarou, hungover and having just barely avoided jail, answers an unexpected knock on the door of his flat to meet none other than Akaashi Keiji, his new valet. Akaashi just happens to have a recipe for a hangover cure. He is hired on the spot.

I love Akaashi's expression... he's just walked in the door and he's maybe already a little bit smitten with this lovable mess.

Part 6 Bokuto knew they weren’t playing on even ground. Akaashi’s blunt honesty had thrown him off for a second but everything else… was exactly what he expected from his almost too formal kouhai. Akaashi had no idea just how much of a freak he could be.
