hello yes this is a hq drabble // gn!reader
semi eita was brash, serious and someone who you never thought you’d take an interest to that way since you never really knew that much about him.
you knew he played volleyball from who he hung out with at lunch. and you knew that he picked up guitar as hobby because he had spare time. you knew he was hot-headed and got annoyed easily because of the multiple times he snapped at you—to which he apologized a few minutes after with a downturned gaze and taut lips.
you knew he made his handwriting intentionally loopy and messy when he was taking notes for his friend that liked to skip class. you knew he had an annoying habit of repeatedly clicking his pen when he was deep in thought; how he always looked like he was gonna cuss someone out if they spoke to him.
you knew that he seemed like he was missing something—a piece of himself, perhaps?
technically, you did know a bit (a lot, actually) about him, yet you always wanted to know even more. you were greedy, in that sense of wanting to know everything and anything about him.
“come here.” he had murmured, already grabbing your wrist and gently pulling you to him.
the streetlights flickered as he snuck his fingers under your chin, his thumb lightly tracing your jaw.
“semi..?” you whispered, feeling your knees quake from sheer nervousness.
eita smiled, cheeky and somewhat knowing. for once, he looked fuzzy and gentle. his eyes were soft instead of their usual pointed gaze. he opened his mouth to say something, only to close it when no words came out.
instead, he pressed his lips to yours. passionate yet tender.
it was unlike his brazen and fierce persona. he kissed you gently and unhurriedly, like his tough exterior was crumbling, revealing the him who liked to press his forehead to yours when kisses end; the him whose eyes crinkled in unfiltered joy when you gave him a chaste kiss on the corner of his lips.
you revealed the him eita was afraid of showing others, and you knew this when the words left his lips shakily, how his eyes momentarily searched yours in a panicked frenzy as he spoke.
