When he was younger, Taeyong had Atopy.

Atopy refers to the genetic tendency to develop allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis, asthma and atopic dermatitis (eczema). Atopy is typically associated with heightened immune responses to common allergens, especially inhaled allergens and food allergens.

He scratched the side of his eye and it left a scar.

Key has a scar on his right eyebrow.

When he was younger, he got hurt while playing with a flower pot. It bled a lot, so much that he almost became blind.

The scar looked cool so he didn't fix it.
