Jimin would probably wake up on Hoseok’s couch
The two had stayed up most of the night practicing dance
When he awoke he had 13 missed calls and 37 missed texts from his s/o’s siblings
Upon his mind realizing what he just read he quickly got up, grabbing his keys and running out the door
He did not dare look at his left wrist where the countdown timer was (the right was already maxed out since they found each other), out of faith or fear he doesn’t know
He does not look down until he was sat in the arm chair of the hospital waiting room
He choked up upon realization that the timer only had two minutes left
Everyone else in the waiting room seemed to realize what that meant causing the mood to change drastically
They died at on January 3rd, at 9:19 a.m., because of a drunk driving accident late in the night before
Their death completely destroyed Jimin for awhile
He struggled with depression, and other feelings people experience when losing a soulmate
He quit dance for awhile
Eventually Hobi and the others stepped in and helped him get him back on his feet
He eventually came to terms that he was now soulmate-less
Days, Months, Weeks, and even a couple years path with the only evidence of him ever having a soulmate was the faded markings of their countdowns
He wore bracelets to cover them
One day near the end of Summer, beginning of Autumn he takes of his thick bracelets to get into the shower after practice
He does a double take upon seeing the thin, but ever present black lines of a countdown on each wrist
The one on his left wrist was a full countdown, a measure of how much of a natural life, a soulmate has left and it was long.
On the right a countdown until he would meet them, and this one was much shorter only about a month and a half on it
He keeps it to himself for about a month, but the others could tell something was up
Hobi was once again sent to talk to Jimin
Jimin ends up telling him almost immediately the info had been eating him up on the inside
Hoseok is both shocked and happy
Shocked because he has never heard of anyone gaining another soulmate later in life
Happy that Jimin has gotten another chance
He makes Jimin promise that he will give this new person a chance
Jimin hesitantly does so, but it feels like he’s betraying his ex by doing this
His countdown co-aligned with Halloween
Jimin did not have any plans that day besides dance practice and ignoring his timer
After dance practice he would make his way to his favorite cafe
He would get his usual apple cider and cinnamon muffin
Then out of nowhere someone stumble walking by him dropping their books
Being the sweet guy that he is he would help them pick it up
In the process his sleeve gets pushed up revealing his countdown timer
“Oh you reached zero” Jimin says still oblivious to the situation to the person
“You too”
He looks down at his wrist “Oh”
They awkwardly sit together and eat their muffins
He learns they had not had a soulmate up until the point where he got the new countdowns
So this is basically a second chance for the both of them
He is a little bit weary at first
But he falls for his second soulmate rather quickly
They obviously fall for Jimin’s charm as well
Jimin’s friends are ecstatic for them both
And sometimes he still feels a little guilty about falling for someone new sometimes

Also a bit of a PSA I am not transgender so I’m going into this a bit ignorant to any knowledge of transgender people’s struggles. I respect and love every transgender person out there for being so strong, and for being who they are. If anyone is trans and after this finds ANYTHING I say offensive please let me know, and I will change it or delete this post, and try to educate myself more.
Kim Seokjin:
I think he might be a little surprised if their crush came out at an unexpected time, but I don’t think it would change how he thought about them at all. He might become a tad bit more protective.
Min Yoongi:
I don’t think Yoongi would have much of a reaction to his crush coming out as transgender. I think he would probably just be like okay, and if his crush showed confusion to his answer he would be like, “Oh sorry. Do you want to talk about it more?” He would listen to them if they wanted to talk more about it, but if they didn’t that that’s cool too. Them coming out really would not change anything about his thoughts towards them.
Jung Hoseok:
Hobi would handle the situation very respectfully. He would listen to everything that his crush had to say without interrupting, and then if he felt it was an okay time to ask them any questions he would, but if he deemed it was not a good time he would decide not to. He would be very reassuring that this changed none of his thoughts towards them.
Kim Namjoon:
As we all know Namjoon has educated himself a bit on the LGBT+ community so I don’t think he would have any confusion on what his crush meant when they came out. I think he would reassure them that they are valid, and this changes nothing and promise to educate himself more.
Park Jimin:
Jimin is very observant to the people around him so he could tell almost immediately that something was bothering his crush. He would not have pushed them too hard about it, but when they came out to him it came all together. He would probably hug them and reassure them that, that was okay.
Kim Taehyung:
Look when Taehyung falls for someone very little could change his views on them, and this was not one of those things. He would probably have a few questions, but would mainly want to make sure his crush is comfortable.
Jeon Jungkook:
Jungkook would probably be surprised, and it might send the wrong message. Where his crush thought he was reacting badly he was actually just taken off guard. Once he realizes that they are upset he would quickly reassure them that everything was alright, and would probably try to cheer them up.

I don’t see Jin, even though he has quite a bit of confidence in his own appearance, being the type to judge a book by its cover so he would not be too fazed by the tattoos. However, he did not expect the tattooed male in front of him to be so shy. He would probably find it really adorable, and would probably let the fan know he thought so.
Min Yoongi:
First off I think Yoongi would immediately have respect for this dude. He came to a fan sign which is a bit more rare for their male fans to do, and also because he has all these really freaking cool tattoos on his body. The minute he was shyly greeted by him though, Yoongi would probably be a little shocked. I think he would tell him how cool he thought his tattoos were, and he might have fallen a little bit in love with the guy by the time he moved to the next member.
Jung Hoseok:
I think Hobi would be shocked by the sheer amount of tattoos he had, but then when the fan seemed shy he would try to break him out of his shell by being his usual J-hopeful self. If he were to mention the tattoos he would probably asked if they hurt, and he would probably hold a sense of amazement no matter the answer.
Kim Namjoon:
Namjoon would smile at the nervous boy in front of him, and talk to him until he relaxed a bit. Joonie would probably ask questions about all of his tattoos like when he got them, and if there was a story behind them. He would probably want to talk about that for a longer amount of time than was available, and would probably be a little disappointed he had to leave so soon.
Park Jimin:
When Jimin saw the boy he was much prepared to deal with someone with a tougher personality, but looks could be very deceiving, because the man in front of him was shy and cute as hell regardless of the tattoos. Jimin would probably make a big deal over how adorable he thought he was, but instead of being like Jin and outwardly saying it he would portray it more through his body language.
Kim Taehyung:
Kim Taehyung, the friendliest boy on Earth, probably would not think much of the man’s tattoos, but fuss more over him being so shy. I think Taehyung would be his normal self, and break the fan right out of his shyness. Making the fan feel comfortable would make Tae feel so happy. Really Taehyung is such a sweet boy.
Jeon Jungkook:
I’m not saying Jungkook would be an excited puppy, but that is exactly what I am saying. I feel like Jungkook would be the most hype there was a male fan, the most hyped about his tattoos, the most hyped about him being shy. Jungkook was just really happy. Jungkook would probably ask a lot of questions about tattoos, because I see Jungkook as the type of person to want to get a few.
