Everyone has a different body shape and everyone gets criticized for it. As someone who was formerly overweight, I can relate to how others are being shamed for being fat, yet get scolded for losing the weight. Peopleās body sizes are the way they are for various reasons. While we shouldnāt enable unhealthy behavior, we also should not shame those who cannot change their waistline no matter how hard they try.
