Hi, @taylorswift I’m Hannah and I have hypo plastic left heart, in simple terms that means I was born without the left side of my heart but that doesn’t mean I love miss @taylorswift any less!! 💓 when I was younger the doctors said I wouldn’t live past 12-13 but I’m 21 ! (22 in 24 days from now) I guess I’m not the opinion of someone who doesn’t know me huh 😉 I’m so lucky to have been on this earth long enough to discover, fall in love with , and be inspired by you Taylor. I guess we are both during better than we ever were. :) I hope to inspire people as much as you have. 💓
