I'm a person who loves colours. I grew up seeing double rainbows infront of our Balcony in the Philippines. Despite the rain and mostly alone when I was lil, I found peace and calm just appreciating the rainbows and ever so curious how they came about and the blending of each colour was just splendid... can't find words to describe those moments. . God knows he made me so joyful whenever I catch sunsets, now in SG by our Balcony. 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚 𝒃𝒆𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑴𝒊𝒅𝒏𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝑫𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 (𝑵𝒐 𝑬𝒈𝒈𝒔, 𝑵𝒐 𝑩𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝑶𝒓𝒆𝒐 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒌𝒆) I made this cake for my sister's birthday and I am so filled with anxiousness yet excitement to see my family enjoy the Midnight Delight. It took me about four hours as I carefully mix all the ingredients as this is my first take to make her all time favourite cake which means to say the bar set is already high for me to achieve. The goal was to present her with a close taste of her favourite cheesecake. . Nevertheless, in the kitchen, I was filled with joy as I found baking one of my remedies of stress reliever. It took about two days to freeze this no-egg, no-bake cheesecake and then finally, the day has come. . I was all anxious to witness their taste test as I ventured on this Eggless No-bake, Oreo Cheesecake and presented them on the dining table as we took our grace of desserts. . I am happy to share that our Midnight Delight (No egg, no-bake Oreo Cheesecake) was a great success. I was beaming with joy when they all exclaimed their comments having me overflow with joy and a huge sigh of relief. I am grateful for my family and the happiness baking gives me as I am able to create sumptuous bakes for them. I look forward to share these blessings and joy to all of you soon. . Good for light, bright photos. We used this one for whiter, brighter photos with dark elements. C1 is quite light already, but the presets of this filter combination brings the saturation down and gives it quite a vintage feel. •Kids Grow up real fast• For the past 5 years, there was a boom-increase of kids in our church. Thank God for the amswered prayers. Over those course of years I’ve realised how time flies in a blink of an eye. I used to dance alot in church and the 2 of them who used to be in primary school has now graduated highschool, one dear sis has finished college and my God son here just turned 2 years old. Whenever I am in church (barely present for the past 2 years) He would be okay to be carried by me. But now that he is able to recognise people, and since I havent been a familliar face in church nor to him due to my absence, I felt sad that I couldn’t carry him whenever I wanted to. I had to warm up his atmosphere and enable him to recognise me before his trust is earned for me to be able to carry him in my arms. Words of affirmations like “She’s ur Godmother”, doesnt help at all. My lesson learnt, cherish the times you have with everyone dear to ur heart especially ur love ones, relatives and 2nd family in Christ. Just as a thousand days on earth is just one day for God, so is our time with our loved ones. Make time and be present always as much as possible. •Advance celebration ng Kaarawan ni Kua Jomz• Blessed to have friends especially bros and sis’ in Christ who are always there. I may have missed out alot of celebrations and gatherings last year but I am so thankful for birthdays because it’s a great excuse for us to get together and catch up and to celebrate milestones of significant events in our lives such as this. •My 1st Crinkles• Well, I actually didn’t know they originated in Baguio. When I was younger I always hear about “crinkles” which can only be bought there. I youtubed the recipy and tried. I was ecstatic at how the icing sugar didn’t “baked” at all. Literally it was like a cool villian inside a piping hot oven! It didn’t get burnt! U place them white and they’re as white out of the oven! It was amazing! This was my new year food to my loved ones and they loved it. I was overjoyed cz it turned out so good! 😊😊😊 hence, missing my love who helped me at the kitchen. 😊❤️😍 . #crinkles #Chocolatecookies
