At Gasoline Station last may 21 , some guys( yung mga gasoline boy) ask us to fill up a coupon(RaffleCoupon) . Eh di pinirmahan namin 'yung mga needed info dun sa stub. After 5 days a girl from Astoria called, Hindi ko nasagot kasi naka silent phone ko. So she just left a 2 message about the details of the raffle na nanalo daw ako. Hahah. 'Yung totoo? I was deeeeeem excited what prize I'd get so I eagerly text her back for some info.From the start, I was confused coz I never win raffles. Pero tenext ko pa din hahaha. After a minute tinawagan niya ako and there it goes she explained about the raffle na napanalunan ko haha. She told me that to claim the prize I should go to this location blah!blah!.at this time blah!blah...and she repeatedly told me that no cash will be needed for that and I only need to present is a valid ID.
After the call another text message from her about the prize , complimentary lunch buffet for 2 and a 3 days and 2 nights complimentary stay gift certificate. (@ Bangkok Thailand,Bali Indonesia,Las Vegas Nevada,Orlando Florida) + that free dinner buffet .(Sabi pa sa text message there is no any financial obligation from my part just bring my valid ID for proper identification.) Pero after the dinner they would need my 90 minutes of my time so that they can tour me daw around the hotel (sabi sa text)Parang totoo diba? The buffet dinner for 2 is legit. The GC (international/local trip ) is legit. But the 90 minutes requirement is not for discussing about the trip but Its a presentation a Marketing Strategy to sell their club membership. Hahahaha. Still they will give you the GC but you have to deposit 5k for local trip and 10k for international. Kakaexcite na sana eh noh? Na free lahat wala kang iisipin babayaran sabi sa calls pero bigla ganon? Anyare ? hahah. Although they will not force you to buy pero ang klase ng ganon pagbebenta eh nakakagago. Theres nothing wrong with that kind of mktg. naman ,but giving the people false expectation for the prize is nakakagago. Hahaha. So annoying. Ito lang masasabi ko sa mga naka recieve din ng text message from Astoria. Do not be fooled by pretty things you will get for free , Siguraduhin mo muna bago ka mag agree. This is the worst marketing strategy by making ppl believe that they will get something for free pero hindi naman . Hmp ! Aba matinde! tsk.
